„The room was clean upon arrival. The card keys didnt work properly and even after replacing them we would be stuck outside the room often. They had sheets and pillows in the closet for the sofa bed. The wifi did not work and we were imstructed that we had to call a number to use it. About a 30 minute phone call where we had to give MAC and IP addresses off of our devices to the person over the phone. We were told breakfast was 7 to 10, but almost missed it when.they were pulling it just after 9 ...

„We visit family in Knoxville 2 or 3 times per year, coming from Indiana. We like the location because of easy access to I-75, both to go around Knoxville as well as to return home with little morning traffic on our way out. We always travel with dogs and appreciate the grass, grounds and the small dog park where they can go off-leash.“

„We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the room appeared, especially liked the hardwood floors as ya never know what carpets are hiding! Beyond this, my only complaints would be the extremely THIN comforters and the sketchy looking tub, as if I were the owner would sand down & reglaze all those that looked dirty, dinge or chipped. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful, thanks!“

„Nonsmoking room was clearly used for smoking with cigarette burns in the bedding as proof. Not well cleaned, soap left in shower. Service not very friendly, doors locked indicating not the best area. Cheap hotel with no cable“
