« Property was very unique, little dated but that's not really a bad thing and too be expected as the entire town is very historic. Bed was surprisingly one of the most comfortable I've experienced away from home. Jetted tub was extremely large and takes forever to fill but worth it in the end. Stayed in the cliffside with very little complaints I would 10/10 stay here again. Walking distance to downtown and always having a place to park nearby especially during busy tourist days is major plus. »

« It was the perfect stay after the busy Christmas time. My partner and I couldn't have asked for better for our gift to ourselves. It was in the perfect location to walk about 5 minutes to food shops and more just down the hill. The location has parking right at the entrance which was very convenient on late night runs out. « 2nd time here and it did not disappoint. Stayed in Suite C which is what we stayed in 4 years ago and had an awesome few. Very little stairs to get into the unit compared to the upstairs but for us old folks it was perfect. Met Todd for the first time and enjoyed visiting with him as well as Bree who met us checking in. Place was super clean. The only negative would be it needs more lighting in the kitchen if you are going to cook otherwise it's probably okay for those who don't bring in...

« Beaver Lake Cottages was really wonderful. We stayed in a studio apartment with a perfect view of the lake. The room was super quiet, included a complimentary bottle of wine and a range of other thoughtful snacks. Everything was well-thought-out, down to the fireplace/heater casting a cozy mood each night. It's a perfect place to get away, but it's also very convenient to Eureka Springs and Bentonville. We'll have nothing but positive memories of the place and hope to return someday. »
