The location is good and will work well for a large group looking for lots of bedrooms. The common area is small; the kitchen is a good size.The description indicated 24 steps, however the 3rd floor unit actually has 39 steps.

Great experience & close to Hunter College
My coworker and I chose this place since it was only two blocks from Hunter College where we were working this week, and it was absolutely perfect for our experience. We had more than enough room, we were very comfortable, and the owner and our communication with them was very friendly and accommodating. The property does not have an elevator, and the owner does mention this so we were aware, but that was the only difficulty. 10/10 experience regardless, would stay here again!

This was my first visit to NYC and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Even though we had 3 flights of stairs it was still well worth the location. And easy communication with our host. We had a great stay.

Misleading details
While we had a good time during our stay in New York, our accommodations weren't as expected based on the details listed for our apartment. This isn't our first trip to Nee York, so I realize space can be limited. The details of this apartment said there was a queen bed in every room. That was not the case. Every room had a much smaller double bed. It also said it had a double sofa bed. Also not the case. When I reached out to VRBO they told me a sofa bed was a sofa that we were allowed to sleep on. I believed a double sofa bed meant a sofa that makes into a double bed. Not an air mattress that doesn't fit in the space. We had planned on an adult sleeping in that space. There is no way he could physically fit on the couch. vRBO told me they would work out a compensation for the misunderstanding. I never heard from them after I complained Our family had a good time in Nee York despite the extremely misleading details of the apartment. It says it sleeps 10 and VRBO told me there had 12 people sleep there with no problem. You would have a hard time squeezing 12 small children in the apartment much less 9 adults like we had. the details also say there is a router in the kitchen and the password can be found on the router so we could access the WIFI. All 9 adults looked for the router. It was never found. I wouldn't recommend this apartment due to all of the very misleading details.

Great location; Nice property
This property is in a great location for visiting New York. It had lots of space for a New York apartment and has been updated. There were some minor maintenance issues - broken coffee maker, towel racks had been pulled off the walls, missing remotes for AC units etc. but our biggest issue was with a digital door lock that needed fixing. We alerted the property manager and never heard back. Another person in the building fixed it but it was disappointing to get no reply to a serious issue.

Communication was fantastic
We experienced a few hiccups upon arrival that were instantly rectified by our host. This is a great place to stay in a great location. So much of NYC at your fingertips. Will definitly be staying here again.

The apartment is in a great location, and was clean. The only issue that we had was that the coffee maker was broken and the property owner didn’t make an effort to resolve it during our stay. Everything else was good.

Tolles Appartement
Unsere Familie mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenager verbrachte wunderbare Tage in diesem Appartement. Es gibt 1 grösseres Schlafzimmer mit einem Bad Ensuite. Ein weiteres Bad und ein separates WC für die anderen 3 Schlafzimmer. Die Zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet und genügend gross. Bäder und Küchen sind neu renoviert. 2 Zimmer gehen zur Strasse raus und sind laut. Das ist wohl der Preis für die hervorragende Lage. Alle wichtigen U-Bahn-Linien sind in kurzer Gehdistanz erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns sehr sicher. Am ersten Tag hatten wir Probleme mit dem WLAN, aber der Verwalter konnte uns helfen und war immer erreichbar. Wir können das Appartement sehr empfehlen.

Four Bedrooms wow!
Rare four bedroom find on upper East side. Great neighborhood apartment, fewer tourists, Target couple blocks away for food. Easy walk to Central Park or Subway connections. Excellent communication.

Overall, it was a nice place. Says sleeps 10 but really sleeps 8 (4 full/queen beds). Says 10 because of a couple air mattresses. Very small shared space.

This was a nice place but there wasn’t a lot of communication. It was hard to get in touch with anyone. The rooms were basic and one of the rooms was difficult to access as the bed was too big for the room and blocked the door opening all the way.

Great area and safe location
The location was perfect for my family of four: It's near central park, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. One of my teens runs track and cross country, so she felt safe running in central park and in Lennox Hill. Subway stations easily accessible, everything 20-25 min away. I think this 4 BR condo was perfect for the price. The stairs to the third floor were a little bit to navigate with luggage, and certainly not easy for older or. less mobile persons. The management team was accessible and accommodating which made our trip less stressful.Very enjoyable overall.
