"Great accommodations for visiting Puni and Lake Titicaca. Fewer staff spoke English, so sometimes harder to communicate for non-Spanish speakers. There was a coffee pot in the room, but could not get coffee to put in it."

Miriam in the reception was extremely helpful when we needed to change our room, hotels.com is misleading when it says double beds, they are full size beds and not queen size, we needed a change in our room so we could sleep comfortably.
