The Gulch
Flat was very nice, clean, comfortable beds. Problem getting in the first day. Manager responded via text quickly but still had to wait 45 minutes for someone to come get us in. Prior to stay, manager was very unresponsive to emails and phone calls. Claimed not to have received them but they were clearly in my records. Nice place but poor management.

Great Gulch Stay
Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Very safe area. Short walk to Bridgestone and Broadway area downtown. Loved that it was pet friendly.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Amanda was very helpful and extremely responsive! The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well stocked. Building was safe and in a convenient location. Highly recommend and we WILL be back!

Overnight stay
Condo was very nice and clean along with the property itself. Location was close to Nashville excitement and some restaurants close as well. Only negative would be trying to access the property you have to be dropped off run into the condo to get the parking pass then have the driver come back to get it so you can enter the garage. If you are by yourself not sure what you would do/park. Directions were a little complicated as well to even enter the building to get the key/parking pass. Thank goodness a resident had mercy on us and let us in the door.

Just what we wanted - very nice pool area. Everyone we encountered was friendly. It's nearby train tracks but no loud trains, just slow moving ones.... Overall - would highly recommend.

Great experience overall
The check in process was not simple since the mobile application did not work as expected, however the property manager quickly addressed the issue. Dog owners did not appear to consistently pick up after their pets so the property grounds were not as clean as expected. That said, I would stay here again as the location is ideal and the property manager was super attentive.

Great condo in great location
This property is in a great area where you can easily walk to various parts of Nashville with plenty of food options within steps The condo is clean and beautiful. We were impressed and would rent it again. We really enjoyed the pool as well as the private patio - it is right along a side street and it was fun to people and dog watch. One of our group used the gym and he was very impressed and pleased. The owner was very responsive when we had a question about the TV. The only thing to be aware of is this particular condo is near railroad tracks. It did not bother us as we are used to road/Outside noises, but just something to be aware of. I highly recommend this property and host (they also have other rentals)

Great Experience for First time in Nashville
We had 2 couples go to Nashville for a 40th birthday and this property was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was very safe to walk around and clean. The location had all the breakfast spots within walking distance, and we never paid over $10 for an Uber ride to Broadway. The pool area was very nice and worked perfect for relaxing in the afternoons. The apartment was very clean with separate spaces for each couple. You could hear a train pass by every now and then but didn’t really bother us. Overall it was an amazing first experience in Nashville and Amanda was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Nashville Weekend (May 9-12)
We (two adult couples) recently had the pleasure of a 3-night stay and it was a fantastic experience. The communication from the host was fantastic with clear instructions from check-in to checkout. The condo itself was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The Gulch has plenty of restaurants and music (recommend The Station Inn) and is a short walk 15-20 walk to the chaos on Broadway. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

A lovely new property in the best spot for tourists
This apartment was spotless and so clean, we wondered if we could have been its first guest. Property located by numerous restaurants and 50 feet away from the famous Biscuit Love restaurant. Easy Uber trips to shopping or music venues made this a perfect spot to sightsee other parts of town. (Trips averaged about $8 per destination.) my friend could not say enough about the fabulous Tempurpedic mattresses. Thanks for a comfortable and safe stay.

Great stay in The Gulch
We really enjoyed the location and the quality of this condo. Everything was in very good condition (with a couple of minor exceptions). It was nice to be staying away from Broadway. The Gulch feels like a very nice safe area. Amanda was super informative and pleasant to deal with. We enjoyed the amenities throughout the building too (e.g. games room, gym, pool). Even the tenants in the building were really nice and friendly (lots of dogs, we noticed!). We had a car, and the parking was a great added feature. Would definitely recommend to others.
