The location for this property is in the older part of town so even though it is set on the main girl Fehr, it is rather dirty and crazy. Sand Fernando would be a much better option. There is no elevator so you have to walk up 4 to 5 rather huge flights of stairs. So if you’re caring, I have a luggage it can be an extreme challenge.
Also, the furniture here is very rundown. It should not even be allowed in an apartment. On the first night we had a problem with ants all over our couch bed and so my daughter wasn’t able to sleep. We called the property manager and he said they sent someone out to fix it, but we didn’t see any evidence of that.
These were the two main problems with this property. Other than that, the air condition could’ve been cooler, but it was OK. The toilet also didn’t work when we arrived and so my son had to mess with it to try to get it to work. It ended up working again.
We had to do it all again, we would stay in San Fernando when it is much cleaner and closer to the beautiful sites.
