Brand new this year. Very nice hotel. We were on the 2nd floor overlooking pool and ocean. Great view except the pool music was loud till 10 or 11pm. Book a higher floor to avoid or a room not on the pool side. We are seniors and in the basic room the toilets were very short. Great for families with little one but difficult for my 70 year old knees. Up grade or book handicap accessible. We had great customer service for our 3 night stay except for the bar tender at the pool bar. Only one bartender was rude. Others were excellent. Other than the few minor complaints this is a great location, good beach, great customer service. We will stay every time we go to Myrtle Beach if rooms are available.

This hotel exceded my expectations!! We booked the signature suite with 2 bedrooms. Everything was so nice and well stocked with most things you would need. They supply you with paper towels, toilet paper, a mini dish soap, only a small amount of s&p, no cooking oil but plenty of pots, pans, utensils, even a toaster and blender. They give you only a few trash bags but will happily give you more. The bathrooms had plenty of soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. As far as towels (including pool ones) you do need to wash & dry them yourself with washer/dryer units in the room (they provide enough detergent for 3 loads of laundry). Also important to note - housekeeping will do one complimentary cleaning if requested. The pool was perfect - not too cold, not too warm. It was never overly crowded. It did close at 10 pm which is too early imo. The splash pad was OK. I didn’t see many kids hang around there (mine included). The bar was OK, kind of hit and miss with the drinks. The food we ordered was mostly pretty good. They rent out beach chairs for free!! The beach was a super easy walk from the pool & never saw it crowded in the area by this hotel. The self parking garage is so nice because you can park close to the elevator that goes up to your room (don’t even need to go through the lobby)!! They have several elevators and only 6 floors so we never had to wait for the elevator. Overall I loved it here & would stay here again!!

We booked this stay for an all weekend Labor Day Baseball tournament at Grand Athletic Park(6 minutes away) The place was amazing from start to finish. Checkin was a breeze, AND amnenities were too many to list here. The staff was friendly as well as helpful. We'll definitely stay here again next year!

this property is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and nice location to get other areas in Myrtle Beach. Only problem was when I got there I had to pay a resort fee and was not aware of that.

beautiful villas, felt just like home , spacious , tasteful decor , has everything you would need in your kitchen to prepare meals and do laundry as needed. pool was really nicer, everything was well maintained, section of the beach was lovely and close to the pier, and a great restaurant right next door. we will be coming back next year

I like that it was on the beach the resort was beautiful they dont have a full restaurant but you can order food from the bar the food was really good. I visit Myrtle Beach every year and this is my to go place from now on

This is a nice place to stay at. The only downside is that the bathroom shower was not clean properly. There was short curly hair on the shower curtains and on the shower wall. Other than that, it’s a nice place to stay.

I am super picky where I stay at and let me tell you this place is beyond amazing. In my opinion this has beat any other stays I have had at other hotels. The room was in perfectly clean conditions and was equipped with everything I could need from dishes, cups, pans to washer and dryer. Loved the easy access to the beach and the pool. Definitely not even looking around next time. I know this will be our spot for future visits. Trust me the price is worth it!

Our stay was okay. There was a leak from the drink refrigerator that almost caused my children to slip and fall when we checked in. A metal plate was left in the shower. There was very apparent mold on one of the shower curtains. When the front desk was notified they sent someone to give us the new shower curtain and it was handed to us for us to change and deal with the old molded one. There was trash left under the couch from previous guests and a sock in the closet. These things tell me that the cleaning staff were careless and not through with their cleaning. One of the bar tenders was extremely rude at first. She did later apologize but there was no need for her rudeness to begin with. While the staff was somewhat apologetic and kind, no one seemed very sincere.
