Great stay
The overall stay was great. The room had everything we needed to make our beach trip easy. Room was clean! Also the host was very nice and sent all details for checking in and out which was extremely helpful. Definitely will book again!

The room was clean, in good shape and close to everything in the resort including the pool, restaurant, cafe, and walk way to the beach. The resort was great and very family friendly. The location was amazing, on a quiet part of the strip but a short drive to every thing. Overall we had an amazing time and would recommend the condo/resort to anyone.

This property gets an A+++++ from my family. We needed a quick getaway before the hustle and bustle of things starting up again and this property gave us just that. Very clean and easy access to beach, pool, restaurant….everything!! The host was in contact with us the whole time which made this trip easier than normal. Thoroughly enjoyed this property and will definitely book again!!!

Myrtle Beach Condo
The condo wasn’t as clean as what I had hoped, but the property manager refunded the cleaning fee. Definitely needs some updating, but the location was nice. AC unit was really loud, but I’m not sure that could be helped. Water pressure in the shower was great. This was a family trip with 10 of us altogether and 2 condos. The grandkids very much enjoyed the water park and the pools.

We booked this for a one night stay for my son's 9th birthday! The resort was perfect for kids with several waterslides, activites and dance parties! The room was nice and clean my only complaint was the shower that drained really slow. Otherwise perfect!

Loved our stay!
This place was amazing! We had two teenagers and a kiddo and this condo accommodated for everyone! The condo was clean, and well supplied and communication with the owners was a breeze! Easy access to the beach as well as the indoor water parks that all my family loved and very close to local dining, shopping, and entertainment! Would highly recommend these host and this resort!

Some positives and negatives
We enjoyed our stay here but the cleanliness of the room wasn't what we expected for the price we paid. The bathroom wall and baseboards have a lot of mold by the shower and could use a good cleaning. The shower didn't drain well at all. During every shower, there was always a lot of standing water that took a very long time to drain. The vanity sink did not have a stopper so that was kinda gross looking down the drain every time you washed your hands or brushed your teeth. The front door was also missing the dead bolt and had a big chunk of wood missing where the dead bolt went. Aside from that, the location of the condo was wonderful - we never got stuck waiting on an elevator since it's on the first floor. It's super convenient to everything in the complex especially the restaurant and pool. We had added a night to our stay before we went and Janet was very pleasant to deal with and very quick to respond.

A good experience that started out a little shaky
Started a little shaky because when we entered our room a few minutes after check in we found the room had not been cleaned. After a quick text to the host, we learned the house keeper had a family emergency. Within 15-20 minutes the house keeper arrived and proceed to do a quick and thorough job of cleaning our room. We appreciated her kindness as you could tell she was embarrassed by the situation. We also appreciated the quick response from the host.

A Perfect Family Getaway
Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Dunes Village Resort, and it truly exceeded our expectations. It provided the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. The beds was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure our family had everything we needed. Janet also checked in on us and provided a list of great restaurants. they truly exceeded our expectations. The resort's amenities were fantastic. The pool area was a hit with the kids, and we spent hours splashing around and enjoying the sunshine. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious selection of meals, catering to both adult and children's tastes. The breakfast buffet was a particular favorite, providing a wide variety of options to start our day off right. The location of the Dunes Village Resort was perfect for our family getaway. Nestled in a peaceful area, it provided a serene retreat while still being close enough to local attractions and activities.

Great view, the water park is amazing .lots of activities for kids and adults, perfect location close to Broadway on the Beach, the Boardwalk, and so many restaurants.
