The Ultimate Family Beach House dans la section lotissement calme de Hither Hills. Cette maison de cinq chambres est situé sur 2 hectares isolée, joliment meublées, piscine chauffée, couverte salle de bain à remous et deux chambres familiales distinctes.

Situé dans la zone connue comme Hither Hills / Hither Woods, entre l'Ancien et le Montauk Highway Route 27 (la nouvelle autoroute). Idéalement proche de la ville, des restaurants, des commerces et de Gurney. À distance de marche de la plage de l'océan.

Notre communauté appartient à l'association d'un propriétaire qui maintient et a le droit exclusif d'utiliser 4 aires de stationnement sur la plage. Vous pouvez vous promener à la plage, pas de problème, il est très proche. Mais il est aussi agréable d'être en mesure de conduire si vous apportez beaucoup de trucs de plage pour les enfants. Il vous sera fourni avec une étiquette et la clé à cet effet. Il ya un dépôt distinct supplémentaire pour la clé et l'étiquette car ils ne sont pas remplaçables.

La maison est une grande ranch avec 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains. Au niveau supérieur a un plan d'étage ouvert avec cuisine gastronomique avec des appareils en acier inoxydable. Salle à manger sièges 8-10, avec un espace de comptoir 4. Grande chambre avec cheminée et grand écran de télévision. Vaste terrasse avec une grande table en teck pouvant accueillir 8-10. La chambre principale a un lit king avec une salle de bain. Deux chambres d'hôtes supplémentaires ont chacune un lit queen et partagent un bain de salle.

Niveau inférieur dispose de deux chambres supplémentaires, chacune avec un lit king size, grande salle de bain double évier w / douche et salle de bain supplémentaire w / douche. Il ya aussi une grande salle familiale supplémentaire avec TV grand écran, d'un bar avec un grand réfrigérateur et d'un bain à remous intérieur.

Les portes coulissantes sur le niveau inférieur ouvert à plus de terrasses, terrasse et chauffée de 20 X 40 piscine, entourée d'arbres et de la paix et de calme.

La maison est entièrement climatisé, avec laveuse et sécheuse. Nous fournissons les draps et les serviettes et tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la cuisine. Idéal, maison confortable pour les familles de faire de beaux souvenirs Montauk.

Pas d'animaux et interdiction de fumer. Ceci est une maison de famille - NO ACTIONS S'IL VOUS PLAÎT.

Fantastic in Every Way!
This property is WONDERFUL! There was plenty of room for our family of 10 ranging in age from 1 1/2 to mid 70s. The two separate living room areas were definitely a plus as were the huge pool and the hot tub. The beautiful kitchen made it a pleasure to cook there. The access to the private beaches was also a hit in that they were far less crowded than the public beaches. We took advantage of everything that Montauk has to offer. No review would be complete without mentioning our fantastic host, Linda Silverstein, aided by her nephew, Joe. We cannot imagine anyone more responsive. Any questions we had leading up to our vacation were answered within an hour or less, as were questions while we were there. If we ever decide to vacation in Montauk again, Linda will be our first call!

Clean & Luxurious Getaway
If you're looking for all the comforts you are use to at home, you need to chose this place as it will meet and exceed your expectations. A close walk to the beach which is quite private and away from the crowds. Short drive to restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Linda is very attentive to our needs. This is our 3rd consecutive year we have rented here and our family always enjoys it. Also a very well maintained/heated swimming pool and hot tub.

The Best Getaway in Montauk !
If you're looking for a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city, Linda's property is the best one to chose. It has all the luxury you would enjoy at home, and then some more.... It's big, clean, great amenities, wonderful hot tub and pool, large decks (2) and just a superior property compared to others. Linda was very attentive to our needs, and handled any request we had. I fully recommend this property for your vacation.

Great home for family vacation - plenty of space for everyone, big, well-appointed kitchen, (and grill outside). We enjoyed hanging around the pool, meals sitting outside on the deck and lots of beach time. Can't wait to go back next summer.

Amazing Property!
I want to thank Linda for listing this house on VRBO. I found this house in November 2020. I was able to visit to see before it before we booked. We have had horror stories in the past with some properties. Spacious, Cleaniness, pool a definite plus for the Grandchildren. Location of the house was an added plus. Private parking to private beach access,. Quick drive into town, 7-11 and the market !!! Wish I was still there! Thank You again Linda we had a great week! Until Next time☀️

This home was the perfect Montauk base for a family vacation. The pool was beautiful and the home as advertised had plenty of space for the kids and the adults. The owner was immediately responsive when we had any questions, which helped us feel very comfortable.

The best Home away from Home
If you're looking for a superior place, a true home away from home in every sense of the word, this is it. Great location, but more importantly, a beautiful spacious house, with all the bells and whistles you would dream of at your own place. Well maintained, and a very attentive owner. Linda was available immediately for any clarifications, and either guided us or acted upon almost stat. The backyard deck with the Pool was heavenly, and the A/C's worked great cooling the entire house. The walk to the beach was about 10-12 minutes and we would recommend Linda's house to anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable stay. We certainly look forward to coming back next year!

Wonderful stay in Montauk
Recently stayed for a week at the house with family. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and large and was plenty spacious for our large group. The large heated pool and hot tub were great to relax in when not at the beach and kids very much enjoyed in the pool. For checking in, the process was easy and the host Linda was there to personally check us in and give a tour of the house. Linda was also very responsive and helpful on any questions that came up during the week. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and hope to stay again in the future!

We had an incredible week in Montauk at this property! The house was perfect for our extended family (ages 16 months to 71 years old!), from the pool to the hot tub, the deck, open living space and incredible kitchen. Proximity to the beach was great! Linda was incredibly responsive and made our stay so comfortable. We already want to plan our next trip back!

Dream House
We had an amazing time celebrating our 30 th anniversary with our 4 grown children at this beautiful home. The house is large , sparkling clean and well equipped we had plenty of room for all 10 of us. We especially loved the private beach access, beautiful pool and amazing hot tub. Beautiful Montauk house
We had a group of 12 people (adults & children) and this house was perfect for a group of our size. The main room upstairs (which includes the kitchen) is beautiful and a great place for the group to all be together. The outside deck and pool area were also very nice and the kids had a blast. The block is quiet and very close to the beach, which was very convenient. Linda (the owner) met us at check in, stayed to answer any questions and was very responsive if we needed to text her with any questions during the week. It was a great week and we would highly recommend this house.

Montauk Hither HIlls House
We had a great week in Hither Hills. The house is large and easily accommodated our group. It is comfortably furnished with large seating and eating areas and a well-stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed grilling dinners and eating at the table on the deck. We liked the private beach access which is a short drive away. The house pool is also great - it has a heater, but the weather was so warm we never needed to turn it on. Overall a great family week in Montauk.
