« Immaculate bedrooms as was the entire property, staff very pleasant and attentive, very good bar area and restaurant on the top floor, prices for drinks a little high but probably in line with anything else in the area. « Always stay here as the service is the best in MK! Had no clue you had to pre-book the carpark now as its a change of management. Having downloaded the app and tried to book the parking, it was fully booked! Note for next time. Also could have displayed it on the hotels.com website so customers are aware prior to travelling by car. »

« J ai passe un super séjour de 3 nuits avec mes deux fils le personnel était agréable. J'ai été surprise par la propriété de l'hôtel un petit points négatifs la chasse d'eau des toilettes fonctionnait difficilement. Le petit déjeuner avec buffet a volonté sans plus sinon dans l ensemble j'ai apprécié. »

On the not so good side would be the cleaning... we found dental floss things under our bed, as well as some yucky hankies, so not the best... what's more our room didn't experience house cleaning despite being there two nights. « We really enjoyed our stay. All very friendly staff. It would have been even better if the restaurant was a bit warmer. The TV in our room was a Smart Samsung but with no features of a smart TV. Only very limited tv stations and no TV guide and the screen mirroring did not work »

« House was lovely and in a great location. Was very spacious and well equipped apart from lack of recycling bags and washing up equipment. Was hard to get hold of the owner and get check in instructions. I had to chase a few times and get vrbo to chase them. On the morning of check in I was advised to transfer a security deposit of a few hundred pounds to get the check in details. It was all fine but I was nervous we wouldn't get the details in time. Good but could do with a clean.
