Last minute but worked awesome
Had friends flying into Cinci to play cards at a buddies house. He got Covid the day before. Found this place and it worked out great. Would highly recommend.

Perfect home for a wedding weekend!
We were fortunate to find this ranch for the weekend of our son's wedding. My parents have a hard time negotiating stairs so this was perfect. Upon walking in the front door, you can see how spacious it is. Second, the house is immaculate! Shopping, dining, banks, pharmacies, etc. are all within close proximity. Some went to Liberty Center for a spa treatment and shopped! The house was also located close to the rehearsal dinner as well as the wedding venue. Needless to say, this was the perfect location for us. My parents and siblings were very complimentary of the house. Jason and his crew were communicative before and after our stay. They sent a message during our stay to ensure if we needed anything, they were available. We didn't need anything. Everything we could have wanted, they had. We would definitely recommend this house to friends. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

Nice but !!!!
The property was nice. However, there we a few things that posed a concern. The grass was cut while we were there, A guy came out to spray for bugs upon arrival, and a maintenance guy came to do repairs that stating that I requested the repairs which was not true.

Great location for Kings Island
House is nicely renovated. Location is excellent. Visited Kings Island and its a short drive on surface roads, maybe 3 turns. There are lots of convenient businesses - Starbucks, the Donut Dude, First Watch - for breakfast before the park. Jason was easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions. Would stay here again.

Jason was fantastic to work with. House is on a busy street but setback from the road. Literally minutes to grocery drugstores nice restaurants.Large backyard. And the inside of the house is impeccable and very modern.

Overall my party and I were quite pleased with the property. We only had two main issues. First, the floor of the property was not clean - an hour after we arrived our 11-month old daughter had blackened hands and feet from crawling around. We ended up swiffering the floor ourselves which helped but it should have been cleaner in our opinion. The other issue we had was that several times each day we were at the property someone came on sight to get into the garage. While these individuals never bothered us directly, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that this could happen (especially as it happened 3-4 times/day). Not a big nuisance but still would have been good to know ahead of time. All the same, this house suited our needs and we would certainly consider staying again in the future. Kudos to Jason for being a great and prompt communicator. Overal 4 out of 5 stars.

Don’t judge a book by its cover
This property was perfect for our needs with the exception of the outdoor space. That could use some work to make it more inviting. Inside we found the house to be pretty clean (floors needed some attention), nicely stocked with anything we needed, freshly decorated/updated. Rooms were spacious but be aware, bedroom right off the dining area does not have air conditioning. We bought a small fan to blow air from the dining room to that bedroom and that helped. Even a small window A/C unit would be helpful. Cleaning crew supplies are stored on property so we did see people coming and going, plus we did not have access to the garage to come and go into the house or to store our luggage, etc. since that area was locked. All in all, a pleasant stay and we’d book again if/when our need arises.

Unexpected Guest and Workers
Overall the place was lovely and we made the best of the weekend. The unexpected pop ups and the cleaning worker walking thru the house while we were there was completely violating of privacy and just feeling comfortable. Every morning someone else new came by, was inside back of house and the guy actually walked thru bedroom door while we eating breakfast. We could’ve been not dressed or dressed inappropriately. Hopefully you will Insure that this does not happen again to other guest.

Great Place!
We came down for a soccer tournament and this was the perfect retreat after a long day on the fields. Clean, spacious, and close to what you need. Jason and Kerry are very accommodating and great communicators. Should we need to come back...we would definitely stay again. Thank you again Jason and Kerry!
