« Nous sommes arrivés à 23h au Wyndham Grand Rapids. La préposée nous a demandé de cogner à la porte de la chambre 150 avant d'ouvrir pour être certain qu'il n'y avait personne à l'intérieur 😳. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas....La douche était brisée (donc aucune doucbe) et la.prise électrique de la salle de bains étaient brisée. Je suis un client de longue date avec Expedia et jamais je me suis plains mais cette fois je demande un remboursement pour ma nuitée. merci »

« Stayed here three nights doing college tours in the area. Bed is comfortable, though the sofa bed is not (are they ever?). Room was basic but clean with a nice shower and all necessary toiletries. Pool area is nice, both indoor and outdoor, and the game room is fun. Breakfast is very good, both hot and cold items that rotated daily. Restaurant on site has minimal choices, but there are lots of options in the area. Staff wasn’t super helpful when we asked for an extra comforter, but did manage...
