Horrible check in process. The staff was rude and did not communicate well. After emailing and calling I finally got a hold of someone who said I needed to download an app to get in. After downloading the app and creating an account it was never actually used for anything. They left the apartment unlocked since the cleaning crew had gone there which I don’t think is safe. Once I checked in I noticed a hairball in the bedding, a clogged drain and dirty dishes put away. I took pictures and emailed the company to which all they offered was to send someone to unclog the drain. Disappointing stay and disappointing customer service for someone who had to stay for two weeks for a business trip. If I could have cancelled and gotten my money back after that 1st night I would have.
