« The pictures are really misleading as the apparement and building are not in good conditions as seen on pics. The stay felt more like a student dorms than sunset vacations. Also the ad mention parking but there is no parking belonging to the building itself and you need to park either on the street ($4/hour) or in a public parking $20 overnight. »

« Nice little hotel style room with a comfortable bed. We didn’t have time to enjoy much of the amenities like the pool. But just a short walk was the very large beach to the sea. Great view. Can get you lost it’s so big. We were very busy so didn’t relax much at this place but it was fairly close where we needed to be. The very big downside to this place is NO PARKING NEAR THE RENTAL. 3-5 blocks away is where you need to park which is not convenient if you’re not fit enough to trudge that far...

« We stayed a couple nights but didn’t realize until we got there that there is a mandatory 125 dollars a night fee for resort amenities (nowhere in description). It includes pool, beach, fitness access and valet parking. Rooms big but walls very thin. I heard kids screaming all morning and evening. That said, location is good and staff are attentive. It’s a good base for exploring. »

« Our friend group stayed in this beautiful space for our celebration weekend. It was amazing, but check in started slowly. Once I was in contact getting in was easy. The space is huge and the pool was awesome. Overall the space needs some love and deep cleaning. The company is also very responsive when you contact them and fast to remedy the situation. I would stay there again. »

The place was dirty, felt unclean, and when we were given a new place (I will say the property manager responded promptly), the SECOND place was also dirty, had rain water pouring in from the ceiling and the ground, and was just a mess. « Très bon emplacement. Idéale. Prix accessible pour le quartier mais qui ne peut effacer certains désagréments. La salle de bain minuscule avec juste un lave main en guise de lavabo. En plus avec un robinet beaucoup trop gros, donc peu commode pour se laver ou la petite vaisselle. Clim trop bruyante et qui fuit dans les couloirs. La cuisine commune n'a pas de point d'eau et avec 2 vieilles plaques à l'ancienne n'espérez pas cuire dessus. La télé, c'est tout sauf une télé. Aucune chaîne classique....
