*Cobwebs greeted us on the landing light fixture which illuminated an open lock box with code entered.
*A/C was off, unit was hotter inside than outside, no fans or ceiling fans available or offered by PM once notified.
*Walls had insane amount of smudge marks, including greasy splatters located in the dining area, along with filthy baseboards, and ample dog fur on carpets and rug. Dust bunnies/lint balls throughout apt. We vacuumed the rug, couch and MB carpet-the filth filled the canister!
*Laundry room floors were unclean & incompletely assembled stools blocked the use of the mildewy washer and dirty dryer w/ a load inside. Again, we cleaned to use.
*No sink soap dispensers available, filthy cabinets and walls, pubic hair everywhere, and each bathroom had incredibly amounts of PINK & BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE-shower, tub, sinks, toilet. Super unhygienic! Exhaust fans clogged w/ dust, flickering lights, missing light bulbs, dirty mirrors.
*Kitchen cabinets hadn't been wiped, dirty and cracked coffee pot (which they tried charging me $50 to replace when I was the one to report it), cookware & S/P shakers had food stuck to it, refrigerator had food spills, freezer had melted popsicles inside & not enough utensils for 4 people to eat.
*Couldn't use patio due to 2 large wasp nests and only 1 camping sling chair.
My family deep cleaned upon arrival as it was late on a holiday Friday. I took pictures & video that were texted & emailed the next morning to Bismuth Partners.
