Étant un pâté de maisons de la plage, il n'y a pas de climatisation, mais le puissant Ocean Breeze est généralement tout ce qui est nécessaire. La seule absence de la climatisation, c’est lors d’une vague de chaleur rare.

L'espace:
1 bloc de la plage. Propre ameublement moderne. Belle ville de plage, à côté de Marina Del Rey et de Venise, mais plus calme, un parking plus facile, mais situé au centre.

PARKING:
Parking pour cette unité est sur la rue seulement, il peut être un peu plus difficile au milieu de l'été car le condo est à un pâté de maisons de la plage. Mais généralement, il n'est pas terriblement difficile de trouver un endroit :) Veuillez lire toutes les panneaux de signalisation.

À l'intérieur de la ville pittoresque de Playa Del Rey. Centralement situé dans les villes de la plage dans les deux sens. Supprimé mais pas trop loin de l'agitation du centre-ville de Los Angeles et de Hollywood.

Our LA stay
All in all if you want to be a couch potato, this is your place to relax.The furnishings were quite new and in great shape but the unit itself needed some TLC. It is in a residential neighborhood but a block or less from restaurants/bars and we could hear the patrons walking to/from at night. You really need a car (which we did) to do anything. There isn't much to see or do locally besides eat or walk to the beach (it was cold in May and rainy). We're from Florida so were looking for other touristy things to do.

Location was great for us. Nice close walk to the beach, close restaurants to explore. Parking was challenging but there were options. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom(s) are small, would have been nice to have additional mirror in dinning or bedroom (near plug in) for getting ready. Place was clean and area was quiet. Owner was easy to get a hold of. Internet was good. We will use again in future.

The process of getting into the unit was simple and exactly as we were told. The unit was very clean and perfect for our stay. Throughout the stay, we had a couple communications with the owner, and she was extremely responsive. No questions or issues were left unresolved. Renovations were underway upstairs, which caused a lot of noise, but the owner addressed this promptly to reduce the noise during our stay. The unit was well stocked with essentials. It didn't take long for us to feel at home. The back deck is very nice for just hanging out. It's a short walk from the ocean and bike path along the beach. There are several local shops and restaurants less than a block away. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return.

The property was located in a peaceful community with a nice view of the beach. The place was had everything we needed with two nice decks included. There were plenty of good restaurants in walking distance from the location. The commute to LA wasn't that bad. I really enjoyed my stay!

The condo was clean and comfortable. We had some rainy days so we didn’t use the deck much.
We enjoyed our stay in Playa Del Rey. We were only five minutes from our daughter. Loved the the location. Davida was an excellent communicator. We will try to get this condo again.

Close to the beach and town. Nice neighborhood.
We enjoyed our stay. The home is close to the beach with a great kids playground nearby. The owner provided plenty of extras.. Comfortable King bed and spa tub. No oven in the kitchen was a little odd since it was a full size kitchen but the owner added some delightful extras such as coffee and beverages. Great space for two people. Nice deck but it rained quite a bit so we were unable to take advantage of this.

Property is well maintained with ample storage and supplies. The only missing item is an oven. Could replace microwave with a micro/bake oven but we managed nicely without it. For a longer stay it would be helpful. The location for us was ideal.

Beautiful location , very easy entry and departure, comfortable apt and Davida was great!
Clean, comfortable, stocked with all necessities. Easy parking. Most of all, you have the feeling of being in a small beach town minutes from all LA has to offer. I loved the balcony with its view of the beach. We will stay here again!

Great Modern Place with awesome Ocean View
Lovely clean apartment on the second level with nice view of the Ocean and in a great neighborhood. Was concerned about street parking but owners advice was on point and it was not problem. Very clean and loved the fireplace in the Bedroom.

I am so happy to have found this amazing rental-in an unhectic yet convenient location. So much more spacious and comfortable than any hotel around. I'll definitely be back! Some specific great things: easy-to-use tvs, coffee, king size bed, outdoor space, nice hot water!

Great Location and comfy!!!!
My husband and I were in LA for a week and chose this great property. It is convenient to the beach, and grocery stores and shopping were 7 minutes away. This was a great location to start all our adventures, with great ease for driving. We walked to the beach each evening, and enjoyed cocktails on the back deck. Lots of thought went into the furnishings and decor. We used the grill often! We were lucky the weather wasn't too hot as there is no A/C. The breezes off the ocean were delightful, but leaving the windows open also lets in the sounds of close neighbors and airplanes. If you are urbanites, this is perfect for you! Davida was very responsive at every turn. She answered all questions in minutes, and rapidly resolved a small issue. We were always able to find a parking space, even on a busy beach weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed for two, and the linens were spotless and plentiful. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Lovely spot for a beachside getaway
My husband and I stayed here for a few days during a weeklong trip. The apartment is a nice size for two, with plenty of space (including outside), room to unpack, and a second bathroom. We liked being in a quieter neighborhood (despite proximity to LAX), but still accessible to Venice and Santa Monica. Not having air conditioning was tough in August, especially at night, but otherwise enjoyed our stay. Parking on the street wasn't an issue.

We had a wonderful time
This apartment was perfect for our get-away. The king-size bed was the reason we chose this place from others. It's a short walking distance to the beach, which we did multiple times. You can also walk to several good eateries and a convenience store that had all the random things we needed while we were there, including some groceries. Bikes are available to rent one block away. We didn't have to leave the area at all, but when we did there were Lyft/Uber drivers there within 4 minutes. The patio was our favorite part of the house. The owner was flexible and responsive. There are upstairs and downstairs neighbors, so some noise should be expected.

Davida’s home is a home away from home!!! She goes above and beyond to help you settle in comfortably. The house is clean and you pretty much have everything you need at your disposal. I’ll be returning here for years to come!!!

Davida was an amazing host. Answered any and all questions. Infinitely patient with our exhausting delays and change of arrival times. The flat is in a gorgeous neighborhood with amenities right outside the door. Ubers and lyfts are quickly dispatched. Restaurants, cafes, shops within 1/2 a block. Beach is within 2. We were so impressed and so happy with our stay. We wished we had more time! I would return here again and again and wouldn’t consider a hotel in LA again.

We were in the area to visit our son. This location is less than 2 miles to where he lives, so very convenient for us. It was also close to a lot of restaurants. There is a slightly obstructed view of the ocean. The apartment itself was clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated. Davida was VERY prompt in response to any questions.

Perfect get away spot!
We loved staying here! The bed was big and super cozy! The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. Lots of little restaraunts and bars nearby that were very very good. Nice short walk to the beach. I definetly recommend staying here! Try out Mo's for food, it was really good!

Lovely property, great location
Loved staying here. The location was good, close to airport, to beach, and to Santa Monica. We loved all the little restaurants within walking distance, especially Senor G's. There's even a post office within walking distance, so we were able to mail home the large souvenirs we bought during our stay. The property itself is gorgeous and well maintained. Loved being able to open the patio doors and feel the beach air. Place was very clean and all amenities provided. Upstairs neighbor had a dog who would bark when we came in and out, but he quieted down very quickly. Parking was tricky but we were able to find a spot every day. Other than Disneyland, a rental car is not needed, you can uber everywhere. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Property has pros and cons but we did enjoy our stay.
Pros first: 1. Location was very good. We walked to several restaurants and to the beach. 2. The king size bed was very comfortable. 3. The unit is bright and airy. 4. The large deck off the living area is wonderful. 5. Davida was wonderful! Very responsive and totally professional. Cons: 1. Parking is a challenge since the street has more driveways than curbs. But we managed to find a space somewhere on the block each day. 2. You must be prepared for noise. The unit is very close to LAX and you will hear planes day and night. Also, the stairs to the other two units are right off the entrance to this unit so you hear the comings and goings of others. We were awakened at 4:30 am one day. But people have to go to work.

Clean and Quiet
This was a perfect place to relax. Close to LAX but you wouldn't know it. Only complaint was you can hear the neighbors come in and out (they have to go up/down stairs). But the noise was very minimal. Loved the location. Davida is very caring about the people who stay. I was impressed that she wanted to know that I arrived o.k. Also, nice welcoming of assortment of beverages in the fridge. I would definitely stay again.

GREAT LOCATION. One block from beach. Lot of restaurants, coffee shops and markets.
The place was clean and as described. It had all amenities and the very large deck was a plus. Owner was very responsive and we got our deposit back quickly. The place could use a little TLC mostly in regard to the sliding doors screen (they don’t open very easily). Overall a great stay and will definitely return.
