« We absolutely loved our stay at Bihar! The house is wonderful (so many high quality amenities) and the view even better. The weather was quite bad, so the house was a bit cold, but fine with a bit of heating turned on. Nevertheless, we took a couple of dips in the water. We saw seals and submarines, unfortunately no dolphins or porpoises. »

« Lovely 4 night family stay, weather not great but enough time between showers for walking. Hot tub a bonus as it doesn’t matter what the weather is to make full use. One item missing from the kitchen was a sieve so we had to get creative for pasta and vegetables. Could also have done with some kitchen clothes (J cloths or similar) and some coat hooks for hanging up wet coats etc. »

« We all immediately felt relaxed upon walking through the door. The place just has a cozy feel. Would recommend to anyone that's looking to decompress and just hang out. You must go to Puck's Glen though, which will be more than enough exercise for your stay. »

« The property was very nice for staying a few days with friends. There were some small issues with locks and cabinets breaking but overall not too bad. « We had a wonderful stay at Braemar! The house is just as described. The views were incredible! It rained almost the entire time during our stay but my husband ventured to the viewing platform and said it was really nice. The house is comfortable and was equipped with all that we needed for our stay. « If you are looking for a slower paced experience, this is a lovely place to stay. The neighbors are friendly, and the tavern at the end of the road had wonderful food and good service. The village was peaceful and charming. It was easy to get to almost anywhere in Scotland with 3-5 hour drives. The road in to the village is quaint and you need to take your time getting in. Can’t wait to come back. »
