„My daughter and I were in town for a few days looking into Humboldt for the Fall semester. The location is about a 13 minute, nice walk to the university. The cottage is fully equipped and very comfortable. Decorated nicely and very clean. Hope was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend this property. “

„perfect for us. rustic. comfortable beds. could use some water system TLC (sulfur is harmless but strong in all tap water for bathing). couldn't get the wifi to work, but it's Mendocino County, and we are mostly intentionally disconnected and/or outside all day. the outside space here at the property is great, even if you go nowhere and just decide to steep in the gorgeous views. we'll be back!“

„This cute spot is very conveniently located. It is right off the Avenue of the Giants. It is close to a cute coffee shop in Miranda as well as a good burger place called the Chimney Tree Grill. Our stay was short so we didn't have time to use all the amenities, but the property was beautiful and spacious.
