O:live Villa Firenze is a 8,000 sq ft villa featuring 7 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, a spa, a swimming pool, a piazzale, an external dining terrace and parking areas. The villa is the perfect choice for friends and families who seek a contemporary, updated design with luxurious amenities. With the convenience of being just 15 minutes from Florence city center, it just takes a quick drive to visit world-class museums, a vast variety of restaurants, antique shops, fashion designer’s stores, and picturesque squares where you can experience live music.
O:live Villa Firenze is comprised of a main house with 5 bedrooms and a fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment (Montefiore & Montelupo) that can be adjoined or separated for a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms. The main house has a large living room, a movie room, pool table room, and an indoor and outdoor dining area. The 2-bedroom apartment offers a kitchenette, a living area, 2 queen size bedroom, and 1 1/2 bathrooms. The interiors are modern and contemporary with farmhouse details like exposed beamed ceilings, and natural stone. Soft, cream-colored walls and designer furniture in the living rooms are beautifully arranged for comfort and relaxation in mind. Each room has been carefully designed with quality fabrics bearing a neutral and calming color palette. Complete with air conditioning, insulated windows, and comfortable beds, each bedroom is unique in its own right.
The dining room is made for large gatherings, with a long designer’s reclaimed wood table surrounded by large windows where you can appreciated the beauty of the Florentine nature. The bedroom has beautiful wood floors, a large ensuite bathroom with Italian Carrara marble that includes a shower, and a bathtub with a window overlooking the Florentines hills. The suite includes a lounge area surrounded by beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, his and her walk-in closets, and a very elegantly furnished ambiance.
Il Solaio di Fiesole Loft: King Size Bed and 2 Twin Beds, Living Room with TV, Dining Table. Desk, Ensuite Bathroom with shower and bathtub duo.
Italian sunlight streams into this bedroom loft which also boasts beautiful views of the olive trees. The first level of the loft has a living room with a comfortable sofa and a large TV perfect for privately watch your favorite movie, an ensuite bathroom, and a dining table. The bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub with views overlooking the green Tuscan hills. From here we have a staircase that takes you up to an open space king-size bedroom next to a secondary open space with two twin beds ideally to use for kids bedroom.
La Torreta: King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom
A wooden staircase takes you to the high part of the villa where we find this beautiful bedroom suite with a King size bed, a full bathroom, the most incredible antique wood beams and one of the most astonishing views in the villa where you can open the windows and surround yourself with the beautiful sounds of the birds.
Monticchiello & Montalcino: Queen Size bed (Monteciello) and 2 Twins beds (Montalcino), Shared Bathroom with shower and bathtub duo and large walk in closet.
The second-floor hallway as well as the kitchen staircase provides access to these two separate bedrooms. Both are decorated beautifully with exposed wooden beams and views of the Tuscan hills, a shared full bathroom in the hallway, and a large walk-in closet. Monticchiello offers a queen size bed and Montalcino has 2 twin beds ideal for kids.

The villa offers the possibility of a separate unit which can be ideal if you are traveling with another family that would like privacy and independence. However, there is the possibility to use the entire villa as one. This lovely unit is developed on two floors: the ground floor features a beautiful cozy, living room with a 55' TV and lounge sofas, a guest 1/2 bathroom and a full kitchen with a dining table.
