Pros: well kept old house with screened in upper front porch overlooking Meredith bay. Water pressure and hot water were fantastic. Furniture was modern and comfortable. « The property is in a great location, right across the street from main street and many bars/restaurants. It is also in the heart of PSU student housing so the area has a lot of foot traffic and bar traffic. The property is not fancy, and the decor is outdated. The property offers a large space for your group to spread out but their is only 1 bathroom and the shower is quite small. The floors are somewhat slanted as the building is from the 1800's and upstairs carpet should be replaced....
