« Great location. Lovely accommodation, with all bedrooms great size, lounge large and bright, and a massive dining table. Kitchen had everything you could need, and more crocks than seen anywhere else. All very clean and tidy. A very comfortable home from home for a family holiday including toddlers and dogs. Would definitely think about going back. Our first time to the Salcombe area, which we really enjoyed, both Salcombe and the spectacular surrounding coastline and villages. »

« Very spacious, well resourced property. Comfortable for a large family gathering and providing a home from home. Disappointing to find that bbqs were not allowed. Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. It's position on the South West Coast path meant access to some lovely walks. We were disappointed to find a large caravan park opposite which wasn't mentioned in the property details and the bin...

« We spend two fantastic weeks in the holiday cottage of Tongue Farm near Bantham Beach. The cottage has ample space, a veranda for enjoying the afternoon sun and a secluded terrace for morning breakfast. It contains everything you need and is yet very spacious. « Nicely appointed property, but bedding was damp and some of kitchen equipment dirty. Towels very well used and small. Many notices giving instructions on what you could or couldn't do, reminding us of a bossy school mistress. No welcome pack which is very unusual. »

« We had a wonderful visit and the location is superb. The house needed some fixing but none of the small issues really affected us but the sketchy internet was a problem. Hopefully they can improve that to make everything perfect. A truly lovely place. »

« Check in process could be better, the company does not communicate via VRBO, and sent check in info only thirty minutes before check in time. Other than that, the place is great for families and the location is excellent for a beach vacation. All appliances worked and bathrooms and bedrooms were comfortable. Would recommend it again »

« This cottage is more spacious than it looks. We had a family Christmas together and there was plenty of space for everyone and lots if different areas to spend time in. The cottage is extremely well equipped, and we cooked Christmas dinner. There is a garden area, but it is not directly outside the cottage, it is a large area and our grandchildren had a lot of fun playing in it. All beds were comfortable with clean linen. We know the area well and the cottage is 2 miles from Slapton village...
