« This was our fifth time renting at Mountain Green and the third complex we've stayed at while visiting the bike park. This has a nice view of the golf course and was on a quiet hallway. 2E2 was the nicest Mountain Green unit we've seen - it was just as described in the listing. Clean, recently updated, the kitchen was stocked with the necessities, and comfortable beds. « The place was clean, kitchen amenities were good and lots of storage space. No additional garbage bags are provided, so you are expected to buy more. Customer service was very responsive but not very helpful and it felt automated at times. Tub broke and we have two young children, wound up finding an onsite maintenance man to fix it since the repair ticket was never filled thru vacasa. »

« We were a bit disappointed with this property. The pictures are a bit misleading as it felt dark and stuffy, which we didn’t expect. There was a strong cigarette odor that was hard to adjust to and the room kept dropping down to very cold temperatures (50s) even after we adjusted the thermostat. « Accurate representation of the property. Check in was easy after some confusion as the access door is right next to another unit and not wanting to interfere with another group late at night. Owners were able to clarify and said they would put a better note into the welcome message to alleviate future confusion. Overall, good price and would stay again. »

« The property was exactly as advertised and clean. The pool was open and it was a good option to relax. The acces to parking was terrible - muddy, sandy, icy gravel. It is clear that nobody was thinking about this at all. The access to lifts was not ski in/out, but shuttle was great, and running all time! « We had a pleasant stay at the condo in the mountains. The main problem we found from the post is there is not a set of twin bunkbeds so the post may need to be updated. Also the facilities were wonderful and it may be helpful to provide easy directions to the guests to locate the facilities. »
