Kentucky : Cabanes

« This was our second time staying here. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Our only complaint about the room is that during the winter season they are cold. There are no heavy blankets or comforters provided. Only a thin bedspread. Also the breakfast is very sparse. Only waffles, toast, bagels, cold cereal and instant oatmeal. The coffee is really bad as well, very muddy »

« Our family really enjoyed staying at the cabin after my mom's service. There were 13 of us and it was just right with plenty seating, lots of kitchen dishes, pans, bathroom towels and supplies. Lots of games for entire family to enjoy and had smores at the fire pit. The owners were very kind and have done a great job of upkeep on the cabin. Three of our grandkids got to see snow for the first time. Praying our family gets to return to stay in this cabin again. »

« Dogs, husband and I had a great sleep in this charming cabin. Hot strong showers, comfy king size bed and plenty of kool antiques to peruse. Only nego was there were only flavored coffees for the Keurig. Yuck. For the price you can’t beat this place in the area. Thank you. »

« We arrived and were blown away right from the start. It was such a beautiful place. The gate and the bridge to get onto the property made it even more magical. The cabin does have a lot of steps but it was worth every one. We packed light per the recommendations and happy we did. The cabin was covered in snow and ice which made it even more magical to look at and explore. We walked both paths to check out the chairs on the hill and by the waterfall. « It was amazing. When they say literally just bring your clothes they mean it. The cabins were amazing down to the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Never did I think it would be that easy and well stocked but it was. Highly recommend. They had two bedrooms and a pull out sofa as well »
