« This was the greatest gift my grandchildren and I could’ve had this summer. We ended up finding Nancy‘s listing and jumped on it. I managed to not have the right code to get in and Nancy was more than gracious to help with that from across the country. I had other questions for her and once again, she was so helpful. It was an amazing location for a four and a six-year-old to learn about the beach. It was such a joy to be there. »

« The view and location are amazing. The house was very comfortable for the three adults on our trip. It’s also very suitable for a family with kids as one of the rooms has two bunk bed sets. « The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! »

« It was a nice property. Have been spending time in the summer up there for 40+ years. This property was clean, had everything I needed, and perfect location to beach and ‘downtown’. Can’t complain about any of it. Communication was good and check in was easy. If I had to say anything maybe a dehumidifier? I think that of all the places I stay up there. Other than that is what fine! »

« The first clue that this place is special is that your GPS or mapping App has a hard time finding it. Once you do, the house is lovely. Two bedrooms upstairs (one King bed, the other two Queens) are out of the way and have beautiful morning sunrise views. The Queen bedroom has a large bathroom, the King bedroom has a smaller bathroom with pedestal sink. The first floor bedroom with the ensuite is arguably the best room on the house - it's beyond the living room and also has beautiful sunrise...
