« In Karachi there are not many options for upscale stays. So Avari is one of them. The rooms are on the smaller size and price is steep. Breakfast choices dont change much daily. Air conditioning is a major negative for this hotel. During the Karachi it was not possible to make the room feel warmer. Thermostat changing did not do anything even after bringing it to the attention of the management. »

« This hotel is just what is needed when staying in Karachi. It’s located well, quiet, and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and the water. But, it’s the pool that’s great! Especially on hot Karachi days! Price wise this hotel is perfect, as well. I’ll be back! »

« I get a chalet style room, outside main building, at least 2 big bug into room daily. I didn’t achieved to get a coffee in the lobby, even if they have a coffee shop. Same thing at the breakfast, we have to speak loud to get coffee. »

« Not a bad establishment. Room inside is nice, but the hotel did not feel high-end. Which I suppose is to be expected for the price. Nothing out of the ordinary though good or bad! »

« the hotel staff is not polite or professional, if you are staying with your partner or wife keep your marriage certificate with you. If you leave the hotel every time your identity is checked and the room key card is reprogrammed. Car parking is another issue. »

« Overall a great place to relax and spend some quality time with the family in Karachi. The place is peaceful, quiet, clean, tidy and not so crowded for Karachi. Water parks were well maintained although some of the facilities were not there at all but mentioned on their website and their map. A couple of restaurants were also closed for good. Overall services were great by the lower grade staff (room cleaners, waiters, luggage helpers and restaurant staff) but the staff at the reception and...

« Stayed in Sarawan Hotel, the hospitality in the Hotel was too good. I had a pleasant stay, as the bedroom was clean and comfortable. The bathroom were well maintained and cleaned. « This is a great choice for a hotel in Saddar it’s half an hour’s walk at most from Karachi Cantt station, and just a few minutes from Empress Market. You’re right in the heart of the bustle but the hotel is nice and calm when you need some respite. You can order food in your room or in the dining area. Plenty of Dabbas and food choices right outside the hotel. »

« The property owner, manager was really responsive and nice and accommodated us very well. The area is very nice, safe and honme has a very homely feeling, I would defiantly go there again. Just little few things if those can be addressed, refrence to plumbing and hallway bath fumigation. Thank you for hosting and allowing us to make valuable memories with my family:-) »
