„I had a bit of difficulty finding this place. Firstly, this apartment is not in New Kingston, but rather in a place called "Mona". Therefore, the name is slightly misleading. I booked this location and was eventually moved to another location, which was quite nice in the end, however, the security that is at the gate for this apartment complex needs to be aware that there may be guests checking in here that booked through Expedia. „I visited the property on Saturday March 5 and found difficulty in gaining entrance and after the taxi entered on the opening of the mechanical controlled gate there were no signs indicating reception. After over 15 minutes I instructed the driver to leave the property and I went to R hotel where I booked a room for the duration of my stay in Jamaica. It was frustrating and embarrasing.“
