„Landlord was friendly and welcoming. The house was very clean and comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Check-in and checkout was efficient and easy. It was a very nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shopping near. If we have occasion to come back to the Toronto we will definitely stay here again. “

„Pros: - Decent place. - Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Cons: - There is a TV gadget, but no signal/service. It's useless. It wasn't indicated in the ad. - The apartment was simply cold (in May). We needed to ask them to bring an electric heater, which was not sufficient either. - The entrance door of the unit was not sturdy. It did not look safe enough. - There were not enough towels to use. The ones available were of very poor quality and old.“

„Pros: very clean apartment, great location, and beautifully decorated. Cons: management moved my originally selected apartment to another one 30 minutes walking distance away. I had no other option but to accept it. Entering the building was confusing; I was supposed to use the intercom but it didn’t accept my suite number. “
