« The hotel is clean and the staff provided excellent staff. The rooms are small. I was asked to pay again even though i had paid online before checking in. I was disappointed. Now i have to go through the hassle of filling claims for reimbursement. Not happy. »

« My stay was not pleasant at all. I arrived at the reception at 2pm and from the look on receptionist face, it did not look like they had my booking in their system. He confirmed from his GM and I was asked to wait for 30minutes to clean the room b4 checking-in.
