« On arrival we were greeted by our friendly valet,Dean who gave us instructions on our buggy use and showed us some highlights of Hamilton Island on the way to our accomodation. We had access to a buggy the whole stay which was perfect to get around and oh so easy to use. Our accomodation was wonderful with AMAZING views. « Absolutely loved staying in our apartment… very easy check in process and check out process stress free Arrived to our buggy our luggage delivered to our door .. location was fantastic 1 min ride into town , view to die for … the apartment suited our family 4 adults everyone had their own space … the apartment had everything you needed full kitchen , laundry , bbq outdoor area … can’t fault the apartment at all … plus the apartment block has its own pool can’t recommend the unit enough :) »

« Overall, the stay was good. Beds are comfortable, home is spacious, location is great. However for the price, it lacks in amenities you’d expect based on the listing description. The kitchen is sparse, no staples available, no kid friendly items other than a few plates that are over used and broken down. Example: the kitchen had no spatula or whisk, but 4 cakes servers. The state of kitchen inventory and what’s appropriate for a three bedroom house has not been checked or replenished/organised...

« The property is in a great location the only slight downfall was the afternoon sun made the balcony unusable for a few hours until the sun dropped, maybe some roll down blinds would help. The space was great and having its own pool was great for our older children to use while smaller kids were sleeping. It was also very well equipped for cooking meals big or small but one thing that would have been useful is a vacuum cleaner. All in all very satisfied and would come back again »

There were a couple of minor things, on arrival the villa was sweltering and no instructions on how to set the aircon correctly, some of the supplied beach towels were mouldy, there was no beer on arrival as per the description, and no soap in any of the bathrooms.
