« We had a wonderful time at the condo. The pictures were exactly as shown on the website. Even though the unit was on the second floor, it had a beautiful view of Crescent Beach. The unit was very clean and updated. Communication with the owner was great. We love the South Seas property where the condo is located, so many amenities. We will be back. »

« The owner was really nice and very helpful. The only problem we had was 9n the last evening we were there, the front desk asked us to turn in our parking passes instead of turning them in the morning. We fwlt we had to stay on the property to make sure we could get out the next morning. »

« We had an awesome stay in this bright cheery condo. Everything was updated and operating as it should. A few of the highlights for us included a great location! « The space is awesome and the location is unbelievable! As you walk onto 5th Avenue, to the right you are literally 2 blocks from the beach and to the left a simple short walk to all of the best restaurants and night life. Sarah is a great host and the living accommodations are just as advertised, which is a great, clean and comfortable space. We loved it! »

« Gorgeous view! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. It could have used some newer/better hand towels and wash cloths. There were only a few wash cloths and hand towels between the two bathrooms and they were a little ragged. Additionally, there were four tv remote controls total. Two did not have batteries and one did not work. We used the remaining remote for both of the televisions which were located in different rooms. That was a little annoying. « The condo is very scrupulously clean. Check-in was very easy, keyless entries are very convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent. You really can’t go wrong with this location unless you like to pay an arm and a leg for JW Marriott. The unit and the balcony were very spacious . We really enjoyed Marco Island and Ian’s beautiful condo . We highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again . Thank you Ian for the wonderful memories on Marco Island. »
