Perfect place for a relaxing few days at the beach. Very clean, close to the ocean and the pool! Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Perfect Getaway
This property was a perfect getaway for my wife and I. Check-in process was flawless. The unit was perfect for a couple. Additionally, the pool and beach area were extremely nice and accommodating. We also liked the fact that there were restaurants so we didn’t necessarily have to leave the property. We will definitely consider staying here in the future

David was very prompt in booking our stay and giving us information about the area. It was the perfect amount of space for the 2 of us, and a short walk to the gigantic pool and beach. It was a nice getaway for my husband and I. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding!
I can’t overstate how thoughtful and compassionate our hosts were during our foreshortened stay. We fell in love with our residence’s location on site and its appointments, it’s truly a wonderful condo and we were looking forward to our week stay.…Tropical Storm Debby had other plans. Struggling with the decision to abandon our vacation plans or stay, for what would have most likely been a rainout week at best, the Underwoods reached out to us! Let me just say that that alone was priceless. They were supportive of us no matter what our decision and were fundamental in our ultimate decision. I can highly recommend their awesome condominium, without reservation! We will most certainly be returning. Thanks again, David and Lisa, and God bless!

Great unit! We have stayed at several different units in the resort and this one has the best view of the ocean. Great proximity to the beach access point. Great communication with the owner for any questions/issues for the entire process from reservation to checkout.

Perfect Location!
This was our 7th trip to HHI and we always stay at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. This was by far the most conveniently located condo we have stayed at. Steps from the pool and beach access. Condo was perfect and fit our needs for the week.

Amazing Condo and Awesome Owner
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo was by far the best condo I have ever stayed in at HHIB&T. The check-in process was simple, the condo was very clean and updated, and the view of the beach from the balcony was totally awesome. Most importantly the owner is very responsive and a true pleasure to deal with. David sent us updates and provided ideas of things to do at HHi prior to our vacation. David also quickly assisted us with obtaining a guest pass for our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson to visit us at HHIB&T to go to the beach and cookout at the onsite playground. We can't say enough about our positive experience with our vacation, the condo, and the owner. We will definitely rent from David again in the future.

Great week at HH Beach and Tennis Resort
We loved the unit.....the view and convience were great. Our hosts were very responsive when we had a small issue and took care of things immediately. We love this complex. This was our fourth time and this unit was definitely our favourite.......great location, great view and very well stocked.......we are definitely planning on returning to this unit for our next vacation. Excellent location- responsive host
Pros: this property was absolutely perfect for our small family. The balcony view was amazing to view sunrises over the ocean with our coffee every morning. The host was very responsive & extremely friendly. The resort had a large pool (downside-not heated!) and short walk to the ocean. The property also had all we needed for some meals at “home”. Con: the ONLY reason I didn’t give this property 5 starts was due to the cleanliness. We checked in an hour early and my husband and I looked at each other, thinking we came before the cleaning service, with the floors looking visibly dirty. I even took photos. Having stranger’s hairs and crumbs stuck to your feet just leaves one feeling uneasy as to what else was missed by cleaning crew. I feel badly that this reflects negatively on such a wonderful host, so if the cleaning crew can step it up, this would easily be a 10/10 recommendation. The only room we didn’t find to appear dirty was the bathroom.

Wonderful Stay
My husband and I spent 4 weeks at this wonderful villa, and it was exactly as described. It had everything we needed for our stay, including a stocked kitchen so that we could cook many of our meals...even a crockpot! David was a great host, and was quick to remedy a coffeepot issue that came up. The villa has a wonderful view and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. We've stayed many times at HHB&T over the years, and would most definitely recommend this lovely villa.

The condo was comfortable with great "beach feel" decor and felt homey. Good communication with the owner. Everything we could need was provided. The complex is nice with an easy walk to the lovely. Ideally, the balcony would have seen a bit of sun rather than all day shade because we were there in the cooler winter.

Inaccurate description
Disappointed with several things. It wasn't as clean as it should have been, there was hair several places throughout the unit. There were issues with the TV's but the owner was very helpful and corrected the problem. Description of the property pertaining to the elevator was inaccurate. I felt sorry for an elderly couple that stayed close to us who were looking for the elevator and had to climb 2 flights of stairs with a cane. Internet was very spotty and would not stay connected to our devices.Great location to beach/ocean.

BEST CONDO YET!!
My wife and I have been staying in vacation rentals all over the US (and a few other countries as well). This was our first trip to Hilton Head, but it won't be our last for sure. David and Lisa (our hosts) were amazing, easy to contact and very attentative to questions, whether it was a text or a quick phone call. The property (Hilton Head Beach and Tennis) was a bit older, but you couldn't tell from being in B323 as the condo was immaculately updated and beyond clean. Not even a little sand on the floor, which is usual for beach properties. We visited mid November and while it wasn't super warm, we more than enjoyed all the amenities the property had to offer. 10 out of 10 stars!!

Great little unit
Condo was beautifully decorated and as advertised. Been vacationing on HHI for 30 years and this unit was easily the best furnished unit we have stayed in. David was great to work with and very timely in communicating. Was just a quick business related stay, but we will definitely look to return for an extended stay.
