Le bar sert de délicieux cocktails le personnel est charmant »

« Cool DTLA property. Free parking was a great amenity. Felt very secure and safe in the building with fantastic lobby staff. Space was well equipped, washer/dryer was a plus. Location is downtown so be prepared for not so pleasant smells and a very present unhoused population in the immediate surroundings. Otherwise, very centrally located property, great for experiencing variety of areas throughout LA. »

« We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). Not a huge thing but we wanted to watch the ball drop on NYE. »

« We were in the area for work so didn't really get to enjoy all that the house had to offer, but did get to take a walk on the beach and pier which was only a block away. One parking spot in the garage and no problem parking on the street. Would definitely stay there again. »

« Needed a nice place for a two week stay in LA. This condo fit the bill. Great location, lots of restaurants and other amenities close by. Dedicated parking. And the condo itself was perfectly outfitted. Nice appliances. All the utensils you need. Comfy bed. And was very clean. Brooke was very responsive. Having to go through the guard gate could be a little cumbersome, but added to the security. All in all highly recommended. »

« We stayed a month in Jan. 2025. It is a quiet, very convenient location with a nice view of a park and the ocean. The Redondo Pier, restaurants, and grocery shopping are all a short walk away. The included garage parking for one car is close to the elevator which deposits you close to the entrance door to the condo. The nice pool was heated. The laundry is located a few steps from the front door to the unit. The bed was comfortable. Our host promptly fixed the few problems we encountered. ...

« The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

« The house was in quiet part of town. There was a grocery store and restaurant on the same block (although not a ton of choice otherwise). It was good to have parking on site. The beach was undergoing restoration so it was a little hard to get to, but it was close. »

Isolation phonique pas terrible et donc bruyant le matin et non le soir contrairement à ce qu’on pourrait penser.
