« Der Ausblick ist einzigartig, die Unterkunft an sich ist auch super. Wenn man im Dunkeln ankommt, sind die Villen jedoch nur schwer zu finden. Die Ausschilderung könnte besser sein. Toll war, dass wir nach einem Anruf abgeholt bzw. zur Villa geleitet worden sind. Positiv war auch, dass ein Techniker innerhalb von 15 Minuten bei uns war, nachdem kurzzeitig kein Wasser mehr aus den Hähnen kam. « Nachts sollte die Eingangstür offen sein, das wär sie nicht! XD mussten nachts um 4 über einen Tisch an die Balkonreling springen und hochklettern. Am nächsten Tag legte man uns nach der Schilderung der letzten Nacht vorsorglich einen Schlüssel unter die Katze. Die Besitzer sprechen gut deutsch. »

« Die Bilder der Zimmer haben nichts mit dem Zimmer zu tun, das wir bekommen haben. Wir waren im alten Gebäudetrakt. Das Zimmer war eine absolute Katastrophe. Der Lack splitterte, die Armaturen verostet, aus der Dusche tröpfelte das Wasser, TV nur russische und serbische Kanäle. Die Lüftungsschlitze der Klimaanlage verstaubt, der Duschvorhang ekelhaft. Auf Anfrage ob das wirklich unser Zimmer ist, hieß es... Ja das ist Standart. Allgemein war der Kontakt zur Rezeption nicht sonderlich erwünscht....
