Paradis sur le lac Hamilton; 80 pieds de façade sur le lac fabuleux

Incroyable maison de vacances située dans le magnifique comté de Steuben, dans le nord-est de l'Indiana, sur le magnifique lac All Sports Hamilton de 854 acres, le quatrième plus grand lac de l'État de IN!

Le chalet des années 1920 a été récemment mis à jour pour inclure des équipements modernes haut de gamme, tout en conservant sa sensation rustique d'origine. Notre maison promet de ne pas décevoir.

Le lac Hamilton est à seulement 10 minutes de l'Angola et est parfait pour toutes vos activités de pêche, sports nautiques, shopping, dégustation de vins, antiquaires, luge, patinage sur glace en hiver et simplement passer du temps en famille. Inclus dans la location: jetée pour votre bateau, barbecue à gaz, vélos, kayak, pédalo, radeau Otter Island avec sièges escamotables, trou de maïs et bien plus encore. Avec 80 pieds de façade sur le lac et un fond sablonneux, il est parfait pour toutes les activités de baignade. Il y a aussi un parc juste derrière notre propriété avec terrain de basket et set de jeu, tables de pique-nique et salle pour les enfants à courir.

Si vous êtes intéressé par la location de bateaux, 2 des 4 marinas sur le lac Hamilton offrent des services de location de bateaux. Clark's Landing (260-488-2169) et JB's Water & Wheels (260-668-2741).

La maison a des couchages pour 14 personnes. 1 chambre au niveau principal a un lit Queen. 2 chambres au 2ème niveau, 1 avec un lit King, lit bébé et couchage, la 2ème avec 1 lit Queen avec lit gigogne et 1 lit supplémentaire. Sortez du niveau inférieur avec 2 canapés-lits et 1 lit queen-size Murphy. Pack n play et chaise haute également disponibles.

** Veuillez noter que les personnes supplémentaires de plus de 14 personnes devront être approuvées par les propriétaires. Des frais supplémentaires de 50 $ par personne au-delà de l'occupation maximale s'appliqueront.

The home was everything and more than expected. It is well appointed with all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We were also happy that we were able to bring our boat and enjoy the lake. It was a week that went too fast!

Bev was awesome to communicate with, the neighbors were friendly and their properties were also well cared for. The fire pit was perfect, and our kids had a blast.

Overall, our experience was great. The host is overly helpful and great to work with. The neighbors were a little short with us on the extra parking in the park, as they were having a party later in the night. We tried to explain to them, we would be gone as we were getting ready for a wedding. The house was beautiful along with the lake.

This property is an amazing place for multiple families to spent time relaxing and enjoying the lake. It was clean and had all the amenities needed for indoor and outdoor activities. The view of the lake is priceless, especially if you enjoy sunrise. Hamilton is a special place for our family. We really enjoyed our time here.

Lovely and comfortable lake house
The house is lovely with a wall of windows overlooking the lake. The spaces are all excellent from kitchen to dining to living room to bedrooms, lower level apartment and both porches. All beds were quite comfortable. There are stairs down to the docks and lake and a paddle boat and kayak for guest use. There is an easy to use ladder to get into the water. It was cold in the beginning of June but by the end of three weeks was a good temperature. We rented a pontoon boat for one of our three weeks and the 11 year old grandchild loved being pulled behind on a float. Weekends on the lake can be busy but the weekdays in June were very quiet. The youngest (3) grandchild loved the little playground across the lane. Beverley, our hostess, was fantastic and helpful. I highly recommend this rental. We really fell in love with the house, its setup, comfort and decor.

We loved this place!
Bev made everything so easy from the time of booking until after check out. She was communicative, helpful, and very professional. This property was perfect for our family with smaller children as there was already a crib and an additional pack-n-play set up for use. The lake views are absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit making s’mores and taking it all in. We will definitely look to book this one again next time we’re headed to the area!

The most perfect lake house!
We so enjoyed our week at Lake Hamilton! Bev and her family have created a wonderful setting to relax with family and friends. From the minute we walked in we knew we had made the right choice. The view from the gathering room is fantastic! We enjoyed peaceful evenings sitting on the front and back covered porches and beautiful days on great chairs by the water. Our granddaughter loved the park right across the street. Her love of the toddler swing and slide kept us all busy! The home was spotless with lots of wonderful appliances in the beautiful kitchen. Beds were comfy with beautiful bedding and lots of extras if needed. We rented a pontoon and enjoyed daily cruises on the lake. Neighbors were friendly and helpful! The property was very nice and well stocked. We were not able to use it as much as we would have liked. My mother in law who was not at the property developed COVID and was admitted into the hospital so we left in a rush Friday. Bev texted about a pillow that was damaged. I called her back and she told me she was very disappointment in how the property was left. We completed everything on the check out list. If the check out list had requested us to clean before leaving we would have. I thought the cleaning fee covered this. I watered her flowers and took out the trash on Sunday as she requested. I have rented vacation homes at through various other rental companies and I probably won't use VRBO again. Don't get me wrong, the property is beautiful it just wasn't worth it for us at this time.

The cottage is charming, very clean, and perfect for families or adults. My three sisters and I spent the weekend there with our 89 year old mother. I appreciated that Bev contacted me well in advance to talk about the stairs and challenges that someone with mobility issues might face. The views of the lake are wonderful and the cottage is so cozy that we didn't even mind the snowy morning on our last day there. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to get away yet still have a comfortable space with all the amenities. Bev was a complete pleasure and always very responsive.
