So relaxing
We absolutely love this little cabin and where it is located. The hot tub is wonderful. This was our second time renting the cabin. I can’t wait to go back.

We arrived in the middle of a snow storm and there was no power , but the owners gave us every solution in the book. So appreciative. We need to come back bc this is the exact kind of private cabin we look for to reconnect in a chaos world !

Quick midweek getaway
A business partner and I came to stay for a few days. We had a great time. Super peaceful and relaxed. The place was very clean and well maintained. There really is only one bedroom that is adequate for adults and probably why they call it the “couple’s cottage”. The upstairs loft has a sleeping area that would work for kids. I ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room and it was plenty comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great place for an Anniversary getaway!
It was an amazing place to stay for 5 nights. We enjoyed the Hot tub a few times and the place was well set for cooking and grilling. We went to Hershey Chocolate World and Hershey Park during our stay. It was very relaxing! Thanks!

Private and Romantic Mountain Cottage
Beautiful! My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Fox Run at the cottage. Very private setting with a great except from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The home was full stocked, clean and cozy. Hot tub was clean was great watching the stars at night after hiking through the woods and exploring. There was plenty of wood for the fire pit. Great romantic setting with the cabin in the woods feel. Lots of privacy! We look forward to staying again at Fox Run!

My wife and I had a very straightforward request for this trip - remote and private. It nailed it. The house is in phenomenal shape, it's very private, and we had a gorgeous weekend. We will certainly be back.

Absolutely perfect
Let's start with the basics. Property was spotless, very welcoming and exactly as described. Now on to the good stuff. Private is an understatement, if you don't want to see anyone else this is exactly where you want to be. Beautiful location and surrounded by nature. We booked here to get away and celebrate our 20th anniversary, it was a perfect choice. From quietly sipping coffee on the porch to soaking in the hot tub, we had everything we needed to relax and reconnect. The property owners have created a beautiful retreat and the secluded cottage is the crown jewel. Bring what you need for your stay and just don't bother leaving for the entire time. Enjoy exploring the trails and property, relax by the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub. Spend some time sipping coffee on the rocking chairs on the porch. Unplug, turn off devices (there is WiFi if needed and great cell signal outside), and spend time talking, making memories and simply enjoying each others company without distractions. We will definitely be back.

Amazing get away
The location was great. Very quiet an peacefull. It was exactly what we needed to diconnect from the world for a weekend. The cabin was well maintained, and had really neat history to it. Sitting around the fire pit on the patio and listening to nature was great. I will be staying here again. You can tell the owners care, and put alot of effort into making this a great get away.

Two of my friends and I stayed here for one night. Long story short there was a giant tree blocking our driveway so we had to walk to the cabin in the dark whenever we left. We had to restart the power when we got there by ourselves, we didn't have a toilet working until it magically started working in the morning, there was ice all over the stairs of the porch, the hot tub smelled and had bubbles in it for some reason, and when we tried to contact every number and email they left about all these issues I didn't get a response until 2 hours later when we were out to dinner. I wasn't going to write a review until I discovered I was covered with red, itchy bites all over my body once we got home. I have recieved a partial refund but with all these issues and now the bites on top of it I feel disgusted.

If you are looking for a peaceful and secluded place away from the hustle and bustle this is the place. The house is well equipped with what you need for a relaxing stay. The hot tub and fire pit were a perfect way to end the evenings. Would definitely recommend.
