« beautiful resort. the onsen is one of a kind and breath taking. it’s worth the trip just for the onsen honestly. the free shuttle is super convenient if you plan on skiing hakuba 47 (maybe other resorts too but i just did 47). would definitely stay here over a more expensive resort. only thing is the beds aren’t super comfortable but they aren’t the worst either. hence the 4 instead of 5. »

« Very nicely decorated hotel. Timeless Japanese style but freshly decorated. Very modern feeling. Staff is very kind and provide excellent level of attention without being intrusive. Onsen is a little bit small but very good. Very good service provided by the owner all along our stay. Breakfast was very good and had a good variety of food offered. Staff speaks good English and was kind to call before our arrival to verify check in time and if anything was needed. Hakuba area is lovely and...
