« This resort, while dated, is a great location for visitors to crested butte. Being able to ski right up to the hotel can’t be beat. The hotel offered a great bar in the lobby where we had breakfast each morning and had plenty of options for our kids for after skiing activities. They also served drinks with ample and comfortable seating for large groups to sit and lounge after they got off the mountain. The hotel room could stand to be cleaned a little more thoroughly. « Priced accordingly, this is a tough place to stay. Poor quality mattresses and linens. Poorly insulated rooms allow for you to hear everything in the bathroom across the hallway along with all of your neighbors. Baseboard heat makes the room go from 50° tov100° and is supplemented by a portable electric space heater. Creaky floors, covered in delaminating, separating Pergo.
