« The inside was very clean, all the amenities you would need. Fresh towels, soap, shampoo, etc. We walked into town multiple times, easy distance to grocery shopping, restuarants, coffee shop!Communication with host was spot on....quick & responsive.*Parking on hill, fyi.downward, so be aware. »

« The location is beautiful, no street lights so you can see the stars. A lot of rooms nice for a large party. The tv was broken, wifi lagged. We noticed the neighbors are weird, we would go for a walk and it seemed a truck would be out front and be there for a while, it happened more than once. Lovely house, I’d recommend but it’s not worth the price in my opinion.. also the community is mostly retired people, so the food that is near isn’t that great, Walmart is 20 minutes out from the house...

« We were in the area at Central Arizona Raceway. This property is only a few minutes away which was extremely handy. The property is quiet and felt like a safe neighbourhood. The house itself was dusty but overall clean. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuites but no separate bathroom for guests. Not a big deal for us but worth noting. There is not much nearby as far as groceries, restaurants etc but Casa Grande is only a 20 min drive away. »

« I’m giving this a one star rating because: - the owner’s barking dogs - no hot water - stingy, dirty supplies and cookware - duct taped front door, packing taped floor fan, air conditioner, and bathroom accordion door - kitchen dishwater drains right out of a PVC pipe and onto the dirt - not environmentally friendly due to the formaldehyde in dish soap - the shower smelled like urine - two pills were found on the carpet upstairs - do they ever vacuum - a lot of long, black hair on the floor…and...

« Spent most of our time attending Spring Training games. One suggestion, but maybe I couldn't find it, was to have a plunger available in case of toilet plugging up. We did need one, not for the toilets, but for the side bathroom shower. Drain in shower stopped up to the point, we were standing in at least 3-4" of bath water. »

« Lots of space to accommodate our group. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We were very disappointed about the heating of the pool and hot tub. Our expectations, especially after paying a premium for heat, were that the pool would stay heated and the hot tub would always be hot. Only one can be heated at a time and it takes awhile after messaging the host. We also had two times when it wouldn’t even work. The owner did right by us and refunded a fair portion of the heating...
