« What a wonderful first time VRBO experience!! The house was clean, beautiful, spacious and very well taken care of. The pool was fabulous and very private from the neighbors. The owner is very thoughtful and has an eye for details- everything we needed was there, even a beach wagon and beach chairs for our day-trip to Sanibel Island! It was a perfect experience!! »

« We loved our stay at Schell-Topia! The house was amazing and the perfect size for 8 adults and three kids ages 2,3, and 5. There's lots of space, which made the stay much more enjoyable. Stu and Cathy were very pleasant to deal with, He answered every question I had very promptly. We enjoyed using the bicycles, kayaks, hot tub, and heated pool! We will not hesitate to stay at this property or one of their other properties in the future! Thank you Stu and Cathy for a great exeriece! »

« The grounds are beautiful with so many areas to sit and relax! Short walk to the beach! Best of both worlds with the bay and beach - Watch the sunrise over the bay from your bed or on a dock with comfortable seating. Watch the sunset on the beach by taking 200 steps! This house is really private- located in a busy area but the grounds make it seem like you are there alone! Highly recommend! »

« Lovely! This property is very well appointed. Extras for the beach, the pool and little things like not only a blow dryer but a curling iron too. Much thought has been put into equipping this home. Communication with the property owner was always timely. Would rate as an A »

« We loved the location and area. The house was perfect for 3 couples. The home was SO clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with excellent items for use. The pool and hot tub was the issue as it didn’t work/ heat up and once they were able to get it heated the hot tub never bubbled as it needed a new part! Over all, we loved our place and would rent it again. Tony was excellent to work with. »
