„Super Haus. Tolle Ausstattung. Perfekt sauber. Lage und Blick am See ist ideal. Der Pool ist ideal. Durch den Netzschutz keine Moskitos trotz See. Tischkicker für die Familie. Netflix im TV möglich. Mehr geht nicht. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen. Für 4 Personen schon fast zu groß. Checkin und Checkout liefen super und unproblematisch ab. Flasche Wein gab es dazu. Mehr geht nicht. Der Preis absolut gerechtfertigt. VIELEN DANK für die tolle Zeit.“

„Es gab mit Linda & Ernie netten Kontakt im Vorfeld. Alle Fragen wurden schnell & freundlich beantwortet. Das Haus war wunderbar! Groß, geräumig mit herrlicher überdachter Terrasse, die wir sehr viel genutzt haben. Auch abends kein Problem, da der Außenbereich einen kompletten Mückenschutz hatte. Hier gab es einen großen Esstisch und auch eine gemütliche Sitzgruppe. Der Pool war toll & wir haben ihn ebenfalls viel genutzt. Der Bootssteg war das Highlight für meine Jungs. „Traveling with preteens, this home was perfect. They practically lived in the pool, while the adults enjoyed the hot tub! The location is convenient to everything, and the area was great for our daily walks.The only request I would make is a piece of furniture in bedrooms 2 & 3 to unload our luggage.We would definitely stay here again if visiting Cape Coral.“

„The house is equipped with everything and more. The kitchen probably has bigger domestic appliance than I have at home. The exit trough the bathroom to the garden and beach ist perfekt. I am really demanding in hotels and rentals, but you can be sure this house deserves 5 stars. We will come back. Dan & Linda answered all my questions immediately.“

„Ein toll eingerichtetes Haus, hier stimmte alles, Einrichtung Dekoration, Geräte alles top.Leider gibt es auch zu bemerken, dass der Pool innerhalb von Dreieinhalb Wochen nur einmal gereinigt wurde.Leider war auch die Nachbarschaft gegenüber dem Pool tagsüber sehr laut. Hier wurde mit Außenlautsprecher laute Musik abgespielt, und es tobten mindestens 3 Kinder auf dem Außengelände mit Schaukel, Rutsche und Trampolin“
