Situé dans le centre de Florence, sur une distance de marche de la gare Santa Maria Novella de la ville et de la célèbre centre de la mode des expositions Fortezza da Basso. Formé d'un accès très facile au marché central de Florence et San Lorenzo et
 est situé à 1 km à pied du Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio et d'autres attractions importantes dans le centre. Si vous ne voulez pas marcher l'arrêt de bus pour vous emmener directement au centre-ville est situé en face de l'immeuble.
L'Appartement La Fortezza est situé dans un quartier très locale de Florence Via dello Statuto, l'emplacement a facilement accès à des services comme les restaurants et les cafés du supermarché et la banque est situé à 2 pas distance de marche, de la pharmacie et d'autres services sont très proches.
Dans l'appartement ont été récemment rénové et est situé au 1er étage avec ascenseur, situé dans un immeuble avec un environnement très calme et privé L'appartement est entièrement équipé, idéal pour 2 personnes.
Notre client a accès à une ambiance chaleureuse et un confortable appartement de monolocale. Il dispose d'un canapé-lit (lit king size), cuisine entièrement équipée (micro-ondes, machine à café, d'un réfrigérateur, et d'autres), salle de bains, A / C et un petit salon.

Clean space, but vibes were way off
The check-in process was smooth, the space was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was lovely, several nice restaurants and steps from the tram stop to the city center. However, there was an unidentified male voice screaming throughout the evening and night, starting the first night of the booking; all attempts to contact the property owner were met with silence. Between that terrifying situation, dogs barking at all hours, someone rattling the door to the flat after midnight, and someone skulking outside of the not-ground-floor window, I left the booking early. I have not, at time of writing, received even a partial refund for the remainder of my time there. I think this would be a great booking for a couple, with sturdy earplugs; it was not great for a single traveler. Also: listed on the amenities was a hot tub? I never found any sign of such, which was disappointing.

Shower did not drain. Planks of the wood floor were completely torn out.
Host was not ready for us to check in. She messaged us the afternoon of our arrival saying that we needed to preschedule our check in and was not able to come because she was an hour away. When her assistant finally let us in the room, the wood floor at the entrance of the room was completely torn apart because of water damage. The pictures online showed there was a room for a bed and a couch, but there was not a couch in the room. The shower head was immediately next to the toilet, with no wall separating them. The shower did not drain at all. My wife and I had to take turns making sure the overflowing water did not leak out into the main room while the other person showered. The room is about a 30 minute walk from everything in Florence, and it is very hard to get a taxi in the city. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Great location!
This is a very nice efficiency apartment. The location is almost directly across from the tram, which goes to city center and all the important stops in Forence. The best gelato and coffee shop right downstairs. This would 4 1/2 stars ony because there are no blinds sufficient to block the morning and evening sun if you want to take a nap or sleep any time after the sun comes up. We had sleeping masks fortunately. That said, this place was wonderful and the neighborhood is nice, clean and lots of good restaurants nearby.

I liked how close the train is, makes it easy to get into the city. We did have a problem with the shower, it would not drain, and due to the layout, if it doesnt drain, it woulf flood the whole washroom. There is also a really loud neighbour??? Not too sure what was going on there, alot of screaming. Host isnt that great getting back to you either.

First of all Jacqueline (the host) never communicated with me. The vanilla instructions to get to the property that were sent mentioned the wrong tram number. When I did my own due diligence and noticed the error, I sent a message to the host to confirm my finding at least 4 hours before my arrival in Florence. I got no response and I took the tram that I believed to the right one and got to the correct station. Upon arrival, coincidentally, a gentleman (Maurizio) arrived at the location at the same time as us. He let us in and apologized about something. When he opened the door he apologized about the broken wooden floor (or lack thereof) right at the entrance. He told me that this had just happened and that he had brought some mats to cover the damage. I accepted the apology and waived off the issue. Once he left, I noticed a smell in the apartment. I don’t know what the source was but it was barely tolerable. Then I noticed that the bathroom was very small (4.5 sq m maybe) a makeshift shower right in front of the toilet seat and no barrier of any kind between the toilet and the hand shower . Since I was only staying 2 nights and it was already already 630pm, I let it go. But the issue came when I took a shower. The small bathroom filled up with water since the drainage was blocked or something. It took 10-15 mins after the shower for the water to drain. The water started coming out from under the bathroom door and I had to put towels to absorb the water. This

Great location and had everything we needed.
It was a nice apartment and it was clean. We saw a few ants in the bathroom and someone must’ve had the windows open as there were several mosquitoes but nothing to kill them with. Great communication with the host.

We liked the quiet area and the tram stopped right in front. It is 15 min walk to train and 25 min to centre. We like to sit outside so a little patio would be nice but I think it is hard to get. The price was good

We loved staying here! There was a bit of miscommunication with the check-in instructions, but other than that we had a great time. It was clean, safe, and charming :) I would recommend this to anyone traveling in Florence!

Better maintenance necessary
We spent 3 nights here. The location is very convenient, three tram stops from the center. The host Jacqueline is a very helpful, attentive and thoughtful person. But these benefits can't compensate the apartments deficiencies. A mandatory part of the payment was fee for cleaning. There were spider webs in the bathroom, the floor was dusty, dirt on the air-conditioning unit. There was mold around the TV cable entry, covered by a small padded stool, obviously a known problem. A broken TV cable fixed with a duct tape. The bathroom is too rudimentary, it is too small and there is no space to place your hygiene stuff. Some upgrade/investment and definitely a better maintenance is necessary.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed. TV included Prime Video and Netflix. Free wi-fi. My only grumble was having to juggle the power cables between coffee maker and microwave. Jacqueline was easy to contact, and she was very helpful. Appartment was only a few steps away from the tram stop. City centre was only 3 stops away (less than 10 minutes ride). Will definitely check availability for next visit to Florence.
