« House smelled like someone had been smoking. Kitchen was not fully equipped. Dishwasher was broken. Expected a partial refund, dont have it yet. . »

« Nothing the property owner could help the areas just rundown and a little sketchy. For where it’s located it’s very quiet inside. I slept very well. I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful. »

« Very clean and nice. The ONLY challenge was lack of hooks in the bathroom and it was tight. Older house that had been nicely renovated »

« We don’t receive a confirmation email whether that’s due to my spam filter or the property manager unsure- but we had to get the door Code last minute. Neighborhood sketchy at best. On street parking that will guarantee a hit and run. Inside- no A/C musty and when we sat on the couch we all began to itch. Cockroaches in the bathroom so we left. Contacted the property manager to allow discussion, she never contacted me back so now I am leaving this review. »

« The house was very nice, clean and had everything we needed! It's a very nice neighborhood with nice houses. It was enjoyable to go in a nightly walk around the neighborhood. The location was close to restaurants and where we needed to go, so it was perfect! Plan on booking it again this time next year. »

« It was great! We came in for a soccer tournament and there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The back deck was a great place for all of us to hang out. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had. The house very nostalgic and just a good place to stay »

« Foam mattress too soft and uncomfortable and not able to get the house cool enough. But. Have these concerns answered, and yes we would consider it in the future. »

« We had a wonderful time in this little town of Miamisburg. The house was exactly as described and even better. There were 6 of us and it fit us perfectly. Bonus was a nice outside area to sit and chat. The house was very clean, the beds comfortable and the house had a lot of character! We would definitely stay again! »

« The house was as listed. It was comfortable and met our needs while we were in town. Location was great - very quiet neighborhood and lots of restaurants, etc in very close proximity. The only negative was the overly powerful smell of stale animal urine. It was throughout the entire house and permeated every inch of the house. »
