Lovely Cabin in the Woods
We were a group of 5 moms and our kids who wanted to get away to enjoy some nature and the outdoors. It was perfect. Only a 7 minute drive from Hillcrest Orchards and it was very private. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, the large open living room and all the rooms. We had plenty of space to spread out. The kids also liked taking a nature walk down behind the house and explored since it was flat. Highly recommend this property! Also the host was very quick at responding to communication.

Family Wedding
Family members met from 5 different states to attend a family wedding in north Georgia and the house was everything we wanted. Plenty of beds and restrooms, plenty of linens, the kitchen was well fitted for family meals, the tables were perfect, and the porch was beautiful. Also the location was wonderful located on "Orchard Row" with 11 local apple orchards down the street.

Perfect place to retreat!!
Our group of nine women absolutely adored this home and property. The setting is idyllic and serene. We loved not having other homes in sight, and made use of the trails, too! The rooms are large and spread out so everyone had ample wiggle room. The kitchen tables made it easy for all to gather together and the many porch spaces gave us places to sit in rain or sun. The only thing I can think to add would be bedside reading lamps and additional lighting in the living room. But it was a truly wonderful experience!!

2nd annual family gathering
the cabin was very spacious and accommodated the 18 of us with plenty of room to move about. The only thing I would bring to the owner's attention is for attention to the grill. It was very nasty when we opened the cover and attempted to clean it to the best of our ability before and after usage. Our stay was awesome and everyone in the group enjoyed the location and the environment,

Beautiful cabin and fresh smell- no mustiness which sometimes cabins have. Plenty of space and rooms spread out so you don’t hear everyone which was nice. The loveliest creek to hike along and play by. Kids especially loved the hot tub.

Summit Ridge is a wonderful property for a large group & Kimberly was a superb helpful host. Our group consisted of 10 adults & 6 children. We have never had such a well equipped kitchen. We prepared all our meals & had every kitchen tool we needed and an abundance of dishes & utensils. It is the only property we’ve ever rented that actually had a table that would seat 16. The children loved that they had their own space to sleep, gather, & play. The hot tub was a big hit & one day it was used as snow flurries swirled. We enjoyed the fireplace each day. Having the firewood provided was such a blessing. We spent our days hiking the property, rock hopping the stream, playing games, & playing breathing in the beautiful solitude of the wood lands. Cannot recommend more highly!

Perfect for a Big Family Weekend
This property was fantastic! The house is in a very private location on a beautiful piece of land. Although you feel nice and secluded, you will be very close to the large apple orchards & town, which is perfect for getting out of the house. The rooms were also very private - I would highly recommend this house for larger groups that have multiple family units or children. The main living areas are located away from the bedrooms so we never feared disturbing anyone sleeping. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub, but it was very large and in a perfect position on the expansive wraparound porch. You could tell the house was well taken care of, and that a lot of thought went into making it renter-ready. Highly recommend, and we would definitely consider staying again in the future!

Great accommodations for a family stay!
We had four couples and eight kids and we were very comfortable in this very nice place. If you want to be away from others and love nature but also like all the amenities with a fully stocked kitchen, this is the place for you! The beds were all very comfortable and if you need WiFi or TVs, it’s outfitted. We had no problems with phone connectivity but only a tiny bit of buffering during storms bc of satellite, on one very stormy day. The rooms were clean and the owners were quick to respond to one small issue. We had everything we needed and had a great time. Definitely would stay here again! Hot tub was immaculate.

The property is off the beaten path but great lodging for a large group. The space is very conducive to larger groups. We brought all the fixings we needed for meals and were able to utilize the pots, pans, and utensils offered in the space. The wrap around porch was a big hit for socializing and the creek at the bottom of the hill was fun for kids. Cell service in the area is hit or miss so we'd recommend reviewing directions of the house in advance. Host was response when needed. Many attractions near the house. Would definitely recommend.
