My fiancee and I stayed here for several days. The walls are thin and you can hear the outside, but the a/c noise will counter the outside noise. If you are a light sleeper like me, I would recommend a noisemaker if not used to street sounds. The bed was comfortable, pillows were too soft for me (so I travel with my own), and the walking room is just enough. It is a small studio in rectangular format so there is not much room to spread out even with 2 short people, but it was just enough to eat, sleep, shower and head off to the next place. It will be very cramped for anyone with more than 2 people. Outside neighborhood may not be comfortable for some folks, but we didnt have any issues with the neighbors and parking was easy (note that the parking space numbers are unassigned). The property management was responsive, though you may have to followup on requests if you are impatient like I am. Overall, recommend for budget friendly travellers who dont need much space.
