"Very comfortable home in the small town of Dunsmuir. Great seating in the living room, comfie bed in the back bedroom, nice big spa tub/shower combo and fantastic AC. The house is very clean and quiet. The only less appealing aspect of the home is the small hill and stairs to the front door. The stairs are tall and steep and a little awkward for someone with less than limber mobility and balance. This can be bypassed by using the back door and stairs which are standard dimensions with a good handrail."

"Beds were comfortable, everything was clean- and looked freshly remodeled. Good location and good service. Only drawback was could hardly move around in the quite small shower."

"My husband, sister-in-law, and dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and comfy. The hostess supplied many welcoming touches to make us feel at home. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the deck and it was so peaceful. Our dog really enjoyed the small yard. We also like how it was in walking distance to eateries in town. One minor thing I might note is the steep stairs and uneven flagstone path may be difficult for some older people. It wasn’t really a problem for us (we are in our 70s) but it would have been for many of our friends. I think something should be noted in the description so there are no surprises. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. We would rebook and recommend to others."

"Everything was clean and nice about the property! Nothing bad about the host or anything! However, I personally felt that the bed was extremely uncomfortable, I ended up sleeping on the couch instead. It’s a VERY firm mattress, and I understand that many enjoy that but for me I was in tons of pain trying to sleep on it. This is a personal preference so I’m still rating highly because it was nice otherwise. Just a heads up to others who may prefer a softer bed like me. Loved the bathtub and cute kitchen!"
