« I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. »

« Everything was nice, beautiful, except a terrible and constant music on the beach bar... bad for the ears, you could clearly hear it at a 100 meters;... at the reception, you could hardly hear what you were told! It was supposed to end on sunday night... but it started again next day. »

« I think there still some improvements here as to what I would expect for what we paid but overall we had a good stay. Staff were helpful. Food at restaurant isn’t great and service not wonderful but I think that is more of a language issue than anything personal! Just make sure you have a car. SO important.
