« Was very disappointed in our room. We’ve been staying at the lodge for more than a decade and this room did not have a jacuzzi bath tub, even though every single other time we’ve stayed there we’ve had one. Also, the new floors were very unwelcoming and not cozy/homey. We love everything about the Scandinavian lodge otherwise, we’re just very disappointed in that particular room. No outlets on the sides of the bed to charge phones. »

« Easy check in. Pleasant lot. I loved that we could futz around with all the different lights while trying to get comfortable in the room. Its nice to be able to talk about and explore the room. The room was more expensive than most of the fancy hotels in Milwaukee, but it had so much to it that I did not even realize. Worth it. »

It is a large property and perhaps they need more staff but for the price you pay, you shouldn't see things like hair on the bed, towels, water marks on glasses, dust and hair on the furniture, empty shower gel in the bathroom, etc. »
