« Amazing location on a completely private small lake just a few minutes off the Taconic Parkway. Host is very helpful, and very artistic. Sleeping on a pull out couch was initially off-putting, but it is very high quality and fairly comfortable, and works for the space. So many birds to see and hear! Nice hiking trails on the large property, which has adjacent preserved land. »

« My daughter needed a place to stay while visiting for the holiday. Kevin was easy to reach and responded quickly. The apartment is very cute and was the perfect size. Everything was clean and had some nice personal touches. Im sure a summertime stay would be lovely, when the garden is in bloom »

« Quiet spot out of the city but not too far from Hudson Valley sites. Large vaulted space, fresh eggs from the hen house next door, sky full of stars at night. Great host! »

« We rented this house for ourselves and our friends for our wedding weekend around the corner. It was the best decision, large group and we had plenty of places to sleep, the yard gave ample space for activities, the sound system kept us entertained, and the kitchen made hosting a large group a breeze. Yuri was amazing in making himself available and our stay memorable. Can’t wait to visit again! »

« This place is Beautiful and very comfortable. They have all the amenities you could need. A few minutes from town, groceries and more. Private and quiet area. 20 minutes from Hunter Mountain. I would recommend to everyone. »

« We had a lovely stay for our family of 5 during the week before xmas. The home was well appointed, with all the normal needs we have to cook, etc... The house was very quiet despite 5 of us being there. Everyone had their own space. Very cozy. Loved that there were games to play, we had a great family round of monopoly!The property manager was so responsive. We felt very supported and attended to. Despite the cold weather the house stayed plenty warm as well!We highly recommend this home and...

« OVERALL, EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC. IF I WANTED TO BE REAL PICKY...THE KITCHEN WAS SMALL EVENTHOUGH IT HAD ALMOST EVERYTHING AND THE TV WAS IN THE LIVINGROOM ONLY, NONE IN THE BEDROOM. WE WOLD DEFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN. »

« The house had room for all of us, spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. We enjoyed the large open kitchen, well equipped for making big meals, and especially loved the walk in pantry with sink, oven and coffee bar. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms deluxe. Large couch and huge TV in living room with cozy gas fireplace for us to gather and relax. Located on a quiet cul de sac, easy to get to local attractions. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. »

« This super cozy cabin is perfectly located and close to major Catskills towns. Yet, Maureen has done an amazing job at creating a space that feels far away from every thing. Town and groceries are less than 10mins away. We visited Kingston and Woodstock - also nearby. The nearby trail options are endless too.This home is exemplar of what VRBO stands for. « The home is just as described. Kitchen was large, allowing lots of space for multiple people to work at the same time. The dining room provided more than enough space to play games and eat at the tables. The living room is one of the coziest I've encountered at rental house. It has lots of soft seating and a fireplace.We brought some of our own kitchen supplies along(serving spoons) and were glad to have them. The second floor bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms while there is one bathroom on...

« The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and close to everything we wanted to do. The house was just as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the cozy living room and the fully stocked kitchen, which made cooking meals a breeze. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept soundly every night. « We had a great time at the cabin! It was the perfect escape from the city. The view was gorgeous, and the cabin had everything we needed. We also tried to use the canoe but the padlock is stuck, it might be rusted/need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was perfect! »

« Our family enjoyed our time at the property- it was a great place for us all to gather. The property managers were incredibly helpful and responsive to the few things that needed attention during our stay. The pool area is the shining star of this home. You can expect the house/ furnishings to be in mostly good shape and as photographed-. The layout of the bedrooms/ shared bathrooms did surprise us a bit despite careful review of photos and listing video tour. Overall great stay! »
