« Very pleasant stay. And the restaurant is delicious ! I will come back again. »

« Room confort was OK but loud (windows and corridor) , no plug near the bed and small bathroom. The hotel and furnitures are outdated and the service is poor. Coffee/tea/water... not refilled if you're staying. Laundry took a week to get back when it's stated you give it in the morning and get it back in the evening. Breakfast is alright but expensive for it's quality. 3 pound a day for parking access »

« Bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel très attentif et aimable. Chambre de belles dimensions. Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur de l'établissement. Salle de fitness accessible mais ferme trop tôt pour pouvoir en profiter. Dommage qu'il n'y ait ni sauna ni hammam. »

« We had a lovely room with a nice see view. Only there for one night but enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar & the breakfast was a great start to the day. All the staff in bar, reception & dinning room were friendly & helpful....all with smiles on their faces & happy to chat. »

« The hotel does not look very appealing from the outside (barely recognisable as a hotel) and the lack of reception and breakfast in your room is a bit odd. That said, my room was as per the photos, airy, clean and comfortable. The manager was helpful and the breakfast in the room was perfectly fine. It was all ok for me for a few nights on a work trip, but not what I would call a leisure hotel. »

« Good overall stay »

« Lovely stay here before catching the ferry to NI. Was a fantastic size room with plenty of space for our LO to run around and play. Having a kitchenette with microwave oven was really useful after a long day travelling and meant we could easily make something in the room but there is also a great list of local restaurants and takeaways too. »

« We were visiting family in Cumnock and The Royal is very convenient for us. The parking is limited at times. »
