« The staff are amazingly pleasant to deal with. When we arrived the air conditioner in our room was dripping water onto the couch and we were instantly moved to another room. Later, the WiFi in the room was too weak for my notebook to use and they quickly installed a router to make working there possible (Thanks!). « Globally excellent 4 night stay. Our room was facing the back so it was quiet. The mattress was a bit too soft for us, but had no problems sleeping. Had a problem with their in-house laundry service; i think the drying temperature was too high as several of our clothes shrunk too much - true we did not inform them to be careful of delicate clothes, but unusual to see some shrinking in clothes we normally have dried with a dryer at home. »

« The rooms themselves were great, with no real complaints (besides a few ants). The area outside was a bit noisy, but that was more culture shock (and not something they can control anyway). When I asked for a quieter room, they were more then happy to accommodate quickly. »
