« Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. »

« OMG where do I start. This is the most amazing, secluded property in paradise. My daughter treated me for my 60th birthday. Everything about this this stay was over the top. The property owner Richard stayed in contact up until arrival. The property manager Mr.Franklin was a godsend. He arranged a chef for my daughter and I and the food was outstanding. From the start, the communication was wonderful - from the directions, to the pages of information covering restaurant suggestions to beach suggestions to so many other things, we were so well informed before even arriving. « We stayed at this magnificent property for 1 week in November 2024 and truly enjoyed every minute. As many of the other reviews already mention the location is fantastic and perfect for some time to disconnect, relax and explore. Our favorite was the amazing views to Nevis and the mornings, just when the sun rises and make this place magical. Turtle Beach was not for us and we didn't snorkel or hang out there, we preferred Cockleshell beach as the beach is wider, water better suited for kids...

« We had a conference at the Marriott which was less than a 10min walk away. A small grocery was right next to the property office, and a larger one on the way to the Marriott. Lovely little coffee and breakfast place next door. The Strip is nearby and if you have a car rental the entrance to the peninsula is down the street which leads to beaches and beach bars aplenty! The grounds here are beautiful and the pool is great too! »

« My husband and I went for a week, first time on St. Kitts. The Island is beautiful and Seas the Moment is too. I wasn’t familiar with the Island or exactly where we were in relation to the restaurants, beaches, etc. I am so thankful that we stayed on the Southeast side out of town. The best beaches are on this end, several restaurants to choose from as well. We would go have breakfast, sightseeing, relax on the beach or float in the ocean. « Great location with view of the Carribean. The dip pool on property is fantastic and the community pool that is just next door is even better. We were able to hang out most afternoons at the community pool by ourselves and the view from the community pool is even better! Will stay again! »

« This vacation was absolutely perfect. Nevis is a beautiful island unspoiled by all the touristy influences. The restaurant's that we visited were all unique and offered some of the best lobster I have had. Highly recommend Drift, Bananas and the pre-set menu at Montpelier. We were able to eat inside the sugar mill which was such a fantastic experience. The house was PERFECT. Everything from the comfort of the beds to the breathtaking views, made it a location that I will absolutely visit...
